Good but Overpriced
Delivery was on time, quality and sizes were good, However, they are overpriced.And as a mum buying for the first time with no idea the disparity in price and that I could get them for a great deal in Tesco, it was really disappointing. No discount was given for how much I bought. I advise you only buy branded items from them and leave the rest to buy in store shops.

The order and delivery are quite simple…
The order and delivery are quite simple and swift. I simply don’t agree with having to pay for shipment since the items are pretty expensive and we cannot trial the sizes prior to ordering, as it’s all online. So, even though the measurements are correct, it does not always fit to measure, therefore returning and having to pay shipment again is not sustainable.

Wonderful service from Holly
I had the absolute pleasure of having Holly assist my daughter’s with their school uniform fitting today, one of whom were staring new to the school so needed EVERYTHING. Holly was wonderfully helpful assisting us in finding what we needed and patient as we tried things on and decided what to choose. She went out her way to find items in the back and promptly ordered the pullovers that were not available to be delivered to our home, reassuring us it will be with us ready for the new school year. Holly is an absolute credit to Stevenson’s and we hope we have the pleasure of her assisting us again next time we are in.

We had a school uniform fitting appointment for our daughter on Monday 27 July, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Dip for the excellent service we received.
From the moment we arrived, Dip was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. She took the time to assist us throughout the fitting, made sure we had everything we needed, and most importantly made our daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole experience.
Nothing felt rushed, and Dip’s friendly and patient approach made what could have been quite a stressful experience into a very pleasant and enjoyable one.
Thank you again, Dip, for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. It was very much appreciated.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing from Stevensons again, whether in store or online, whenever we need anything in the future.
