I had the absolute pleasure of having Holly assist my daughter’s with their school uniform fitting today, one of whom were staring new to the school so needed EVERYTHING. Holly was wonderfully helpful assisting us in finding what we needed and patient as we tried things on and decided what to choose. She went out her way to find items in the back and promptly ordered the pullovers that were not available to be delivered to our home, reassuring us it will be with us ready for the new school year. Holly is an absolute credit to Stevenson’s and we hope we have the pleasure of her assisting us again next time we are in.

Ella and Hannah were extremely helpful in kitting my daughter out in her school uniform. They helped us try out a whole range of sizes to ensure we had the right fit. Great experience.

We had a school uniform fitting appointment for our daughter on Monday 27 July, and we would like to say a huge thank you to Dip for the excellent service we received.

From the moment we arrived, Dip was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. She took the time to assist us throughout the fitting, made sure we had everything we needed, and most importantly made our daughter feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole experience.

Nothing felt rushed, and Dip’s friendly and patient approach made what could have been quite a stressful experience into a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

Thank you again, Dip, for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. It was very much appreciated.

Very good quick response and delivery and satisfactory service.

This was our first time at stevensons,Epsom,for our daughters high school uniform.We made an appointment and was seen on time.Emma assisted us and was very polite and helpful. She never rushed us and offered us advice on different sizes.It all made for a great experience for our daughter getting her new uniform.Thanks again Emma.

We were served by Betsy on Tuesday 28th July 26. She was very pleasant, helpful and efficient without putting pressure on us to rush. We had a ln excellent experience thanks to Betsy.

Stevensons have an easy to navigate website which makes it easy to locate the products you need and order them.

Their free postage on orders is a good oferring.

Great service from Deane in helping my family with their uniform shopping today. Deane was very helpful and patient in helping us pick the right items in the correct sizes for my family. From the time you enter the store the Stevenson team are on hand to guide you through the shop and offer helpful tips. At the till they checked I had the right items and sizes as I was shopping for two. Thank you for making it a good shopping experience.

Excellent quality, quick delivery

I spent over £240 on school uniforms, but my free postage code wasn't working. I contacted customer service for help and was told that the code had expired and that they wouldn't provide an alternative. Considering the size of my order, I found this to be very disappointing. A small gesture, such as honouring the free postage or offering a replacement code, would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the level of customer care was poor.

Pip and Summer helped fit blazers and sportswear for my two children today. They were friendly, considerate and efficient.
