The top I bought from St Frock was beautiful, like in the online photo. Communication with them was also very easy and their replies were prompt.

Very happy and will definitely order again. Express delivery was fast even to regional NSW. The stunning dress was true to size. I was unable to apply a discount code to my order. Customer service was very prompt and professional in assisting but since order was already created they were very generous in giving me a store credit to the value of the discount instead. Highly recommend!

I would like to commend this on line business for its great attentive helpful customer service . I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase with this great label .

I have bought many dresses from St Frock over the years and have loved the majority of them.

I bought two dresses from this retailer in January for my father's funeral. He died quite suddenly over the Christmas break and it was, and continues to be hard for my family.

I didn't end up wearing either as I found the quality and cut were not what I'd come to expect from the retailer and decided to return them.

As they purchased for my father's funeral, I didn't think to take photos of the poor quality dresses as I was quite distressed at his sudden passing and in conjunction with working full-time the thought to do so escaped me.

When I processed the return, I requested a refund but received a store credit instead. I contacted support and explained the situation. I was advised, despite the circumstances, there was no way they'd offer me a refund without photos.

I am willing to own that the onus to take photos is on me and I understand policies exist for a reason, but as someone who worked in retail for 10+ years I am well aware exceptions can be made under extenuating circumstances.

I've spent a few thousand dollars at St Frock over the years and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received. I will think twice before purchasing from this retailer again in the future

Finally! a clothing outlet that stock beautiful summer dresses that are black and have long sleeves! Keep up the awesome work, St Frock!

I found the shopping experience to be very convenient as the website listed the available sizes for everything so I didn't waste time clicking into what's no longer available in my size. My order was shipped quickly and though there was a minor hiccup from the delivery carrier (not St Frock), Riezl from customer service was quick to respond and very helpful and nice about it, despite the issue not being an error in their part. This is very different to the attitude I've experienced from other online stores.
The items in my order were exactly what was described on the website and matched the photos, which again, has not always been the case with other online stores. I appreciate the items being photographed as true to colour as possible instead of the whole store adjusting photo colour filters just to fit the colour theme of the brand.
I highly recommend St Frock.

Ordered a dress for a wedding which I loved. I had to get it altered as it was a lot more full than the pictures showed but I was happy to do this. The description stated this dress was 100% cotton so I also paid to have it dyed.
It turns out the dress is definitely not 100% cotton as all the stitching, some of the bodice and underskirt did not dye.
The label on the inside also stated the underskirt is rayon not cotton.
I purchased a new dress as the wedding was days away and contacted St Frock for a return as the item was not as described and had cost me considerable $ and stress.
They spent several weeks to finally decide that although the dress is not as described. They will not hold themselves responsible for this and I should spend further money to try and dye the dress with synthetic dye.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are disgusting in their lack of integrity and will mess you around no end until you give up trying to get back what's yours.

Ordered clothes on frock fit website. Never received the package trying to get a refund back on my credit card. It was a Xmas gift. Horrible experience. I will definitely let all my friends know not to order. where is my refund? I would have never imagined a company would be so inconsiderate, and not put my 42$,back on my card, did u need the $that bad. I can do a go fund me page for this company. Send my refund please

I contacted Customer Support for assistance with an order and chatted with Alexandra. She was wonderful to deal with and super helpful. My questions were answered quickly which helped me with the order I was placing. This was my first contact and it was a super positive experience.

Purchased a dress and was nothing like the image on their website. Extremely poor quality and colour. Asked to return product they refused for a full refund was advised was my issue and not theirs. They refused to refund. NEVER purchase from this company.

First time purchasing from St Frock and it won't be my last! Quality products, the sizing chart was very good so it made it really easy to select and go, and delivery was very quick (Australia). The customer care team was also very responsive and helpful with my queries. Thanks team for the great experience!

The courier delivered my order to the wrong address however st frock was so helpful and quickly responded. They issued me with a refund... Sucks i didnt get the order but it was the courier's fault for that

Customer service was super easy to deal with and very helpful with prompt replies. I made a mistake with my order and they let me reorder, with a discount and refunded the mistake instead of an exchange. Quality of dress is good. True to size guide. Will shop again

Fantastic company to deal with, huge range of clothing including casual, work and party dresses. Bought same dress in 2 different sizes as wasn't sure what size I would be, returned one with free return postage with AusPost receipt, refund received and processed in 3 days, money credited and a voucher for another 20% off next purchase. Free express post over $50 and free returns, easy to use website. Happy with my new dress to wear to a wedding (and I have trawled through every formal wear retail store in every mall, even designer stores) found this little number for less than $100, has a huge size range for over size 16's. Checkout Natalie Angel's "Let Me Try Before You Buy" on Instagram, she wears the clothes and you can see the sizes on her she's size 16. This is where I first heard about the company and bought from her recommendation. Thank you St Frock, pretty clothes at realistic prices for real women's bodies, you've done right by me and I really appreciate the experience. Mmmwwaa. Xxxxx.

I usually get nervous to buy clothing online especially being a plus size woman. St.frock have taking my nervousness away I love the way the clothes fit and the return was really easy
