Purchased 2 dresses online. They arrived with different faults. 1 with horrible white stitching on the neck and the other had sleeves that don’t sit right (kept falling down). I returned them immediately next day and requested a refund. I also got a confirmation over the phone that I would be reimbursed with my money back. A few days after they sent me a store credit note and said my dresses didn’t have fault. Terrible customer experience. Bad quality clothes. Don’t buy from there. Also they don’t pick up the phone if they know you’re are calling.

Absolutley disgusting! My partner ordered a dress for our daughters funeral and it was sent out with a stain on it and a sticker indicating it had a stain on it. Sent multiple emails and pics to only be told that they would not give a refund and but give store credit. Im sorry but what store sends things out with knowing it had a stain on it! Would never recommend anyone to waste their money or time with this lot.

I very much regret buying from this brand. They sell very poor quality clothes with bizarre sizing and only offer store credit on return.

Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Cheap, tacky, thin & terrible quality clothing. Colour of clothing is nothing like on the site. Kmart quality at a ridiculously expensive price. They DON'T do refunds. Only store credit (that's how they trap you) with their terrible clothing. Unwilling to satisfy their customer. They really need to fix their site/prices/quality & returns. What an absolute joke. $300 of my money literally thrown in the bin. Don't waste a cent here...

I have ordered from St Frock a few times now and have had no issues. When I have needed to speak to customer service they have always been very helpful .

Watch out for shipping!! Really disappointing service.

I have been shopping with St Frock for years, and despite the hit and miss quality of the items, I have always been happy.
That was until I placed an order, despite Paypal showing my correct address, somehow my old address was chosen instead, leading to weeks of drama and now lost money and items!

I tried contacting them to fix the issue no more than 5 minutes after the order was placed. After numerous contact attempts, they palmed me off to Australia Post, who refused to help and said that St Frock had to change it-which of course they wouldn't. The package then got delivered to an address (without a signature, left in a 'safe' place) and their solution was for me to go and drive to pick up the package from my old house. Which as I told them previously is over 4 hours away! Luckily the new owner of the place is honest and tried contacting me to forward the items on. The parcel has apparently been forwarded to my current address, but it has not arrived yet.

It is ridiculous for such a big company that is apparently "so busy" cannot alter an order less than 5 minutes after being placed. Maybe they should invest some of their profits into developing technology to complete simple requests.

Bought 2 dresses for my bridesmaids. Both were ill fitting and too small. As in NZ had to pay over $40 to return. Told I could only get a store credit as not faulty? Online xhat service shockingly abrupt and quite rude. Refused to accept ill fitting was fault of dress? Buyers beware there are so many other great sites out there who want and need your custom and who do the right thing when oroducts are not what is advertised

I bought 3 dresses from st frock 2 of the dresses have quality issues poor sewing, hole in neckline and staining. Obviously there is no quality control on garments before they are sent to customer. Will not purchase from them again and wouldn't recommend them either.

Awfully made clothes! I bought what I thought was a lovely jumpsuit from them, wore it out to a fancy restaurant, on a date, only to have the side seam split from underarm to thigh.... I’ve never been so humiliated in my whole life!! And it wasn’t a tight fitting jumpsuit either, it was pretty loose, so I just can’t imagine how this happened, other than it was just very badly made. It was something out of an actual nightmare to have my ribs, stomach and underwear suddenly on show...sure, maybe they will refund the price of the outfit, but how will they ever make up for this level of trauma??

Edited to add: they won’t even process a refund unless I print a label, go to the post office to send, then wait god knows how long to have that sent and processed. Absolutely the worst company, DO NOT BUY!!!
