SCAM company out of China....do not order from this BS company. If you already have...as I did...for my Goddaughters graduation BRUNCH.....fight the charge as I am. Report them to BBB as well .....wasted 10 days on these people....

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered from this website months ago and never received an update or package. They also don’t give you a refund they give you credit to get something else ( which probably wouldn’t come in)

If I could give a big fat 0 I would. The item I ordered didn't fit right even though I ordered my normal size, small, and reviewed the sizing chart. Before purchasing I made sure to read the return policy, which claims that "enclosing the returns sheet with your package makes returns hassle-free." (I do this for any international company.)

Well, trying to return a purchase is not hassle-free at all. In fact, it's been nothing but a hassle! First of all, there was no return sheet in my package as it was claimed (probably on purpose). I contacted their customer service by email only for them to "hassle" me about why the item didn't fit and why I wanted to return it; even asking for pictures and implying how I must've not ordered the correct size. Then, by email #2 they suggested how I should order a different size and reminded me how I would be responsible for shipping costs. This company is a whole scam. Nothing like their competitors! So again, shop somewhere else: the clothes aren't worth the price...or the hassle.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress for a dance - when it became clear that it had not been sent with enough time to arrive before the event, I tried to cancel the order. The company sent it anyway (with a promise of a $20 credit which I didn't get). I eventually get your order (it took over a month for it to be sent!) and it was no longer needed so I returned it. It cost $30 of my own money to mail the package back to China where it is still sitting in customs a month later...I don't know if I will ever get my remaining refund. (dress was $67, postage cost $30 so I am hoping for some compensation). This company is not like Shein - you will not get good service. Stay away and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.

Impossible to cancel. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same dress. I wanted to cancel just 2 minutes after placing my order but there is no automated way to cancel a charge on the website. I used their "live chat" on their website. I even tried emailing them with the email specified on their website. I used the email PayPal recommended contacting for cancellation. I even tried calling their number which was an international number. They only responded to me once the order shipped. And I don't believe it is a coincidence that out of the 3 orders I placed, only the one I requested to cancel is the one that shipped. I said in the email: "Please cancel my order SC00037254 and issue my refund". And they responded with: "Which dress do you want to order? Do you need us help to swap the dress for your order?" My instructions were clear. I asked to cancel and they refused. They knew what they were doing and purposefully did not want to cancel the order

Do not order from this place!!!!! They will scam your money and will not take returns.

The worst thing is the return!
for the return, they will not cover the shipping. So you will pay 100+ shipping fee for a 10-dollar cloth.
Also, there will be back and forth emails before they agree the return.
No customer service but an email communication only. Basically you can communicate with them once a day. send an email -> wait for 12+ hours -> receive a reply -> send another email -> wait for 12+ hours ...

There will be no straightforward communication. You request refund -> they will say sorry and persuade you to not return -> if you insist -> they will say sorry, they can only do store credit

BE AWARE NOT WORTH $10 PRODUCTS

Website is a scam :( ordered a dress from here that I was going to use for my elopement and they never sent it. Never gave me a refund either after I reached out. Needs to be reported or something!!

Total rip off! They took my money said they shipped it but the tracker only said label created and I never received anything. Do not order from here!!!!

I bought a dress for a concert, paid the extra for express shipping.
It was meant to arrive last week, I just checked the order to see it there was tracking and it shows it still hasn't even shipped yet ... it's giving major SCAM.

Tried to find a valentines dress and i order this cute silk dress from sthcute, when it came which it took about two weeks even with the “fastest” shipping that i paid extra for, it looked different then the pictures and it was way too big. I was very upset with my order and emailed sthcute, they responded and told me that the employees were on break from the 1st of february to the 12th… what?? So i emailed yesterday because i want my money back and they explained that with the returns you get no refund back.. seriously? f this company

This by far has been the WORSE company to shop for. They Take FOREVER to send out your merchandise, and when the order has arrived, it’s the complete Opposite of what you asked for . This company is a complete FRAUD, and you will not get your money back!

Scam! I ordered my daughter a $40 dress. The quality was terrible. The stitching was uneven. The company requires that you mail your returns to China with tracking. This costs over $60 just in shipping. Do not order from this company!!!!!

Better hope the dress fits… my daughter ordered dress (paid for shipping) and dress didn’t fit. Per the site, instructions for return were included with package. It was NOT. Emailed asking how and response was an offer for 50% of value of dress but if wanted to return I needed to know that they didn’t cover shipping, they were NOT responsible for a lost package, I needed to include a written or printed description of order, claim the value of my order as $10 when shipping, and send them tracking information so they would know what to look for- and I was again reminded that they were not responsible for lost packages!!! Oh, this was after I had to send pictures of the dress do they could see dress still had all tags, sequins etc!!! So basically, I was going to lose money any way it went- the question was how much!!!!! Never had so complicated returns…. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% THE DRESS WILL FIT

Dress was advertised as House of CB. It is not. Fraudulent practices! Dress came and it’s terrible quality - material and fit. Returns are to China and aren’t free returns despite their fraudulent advertising. Stay away from this company!!

I ordered two dresses for a total cost of around 75$ in early november for new years eve and got them around January 25. When I emailed asking for a return label they said they do not provide those and would only send me a refund once they got the package. I would have to pay for my own shipping. The cheapest shipping was $55. Legit scam. The dresses were the quality of shien. Which would be fine if they were priced accordingly. Even shien has a better return policy and customer service. This company should be shut down.

Terrible experience… the website states the company is out of Indiana. I understand as a consumer I should not believe everything I see, but they shouldn’t be allowed to false advertise. When contacting about return policy I got the run around. When mentioning location of business I was told if you follow tracking it says it is coming from china. While that is true, you don’t get tracking information until after shipping. Dress was ugly on arrival. Don’t buy from this company.
