Horrible company

Horrible company, 0 Stars. Dresses ship from China so expect long delivery even with air mail. Quality is cheap. Sizing is inaccurate. Hope you don't need to return...as you need to pay for shipping back to China, duty, and prepare yourself for their excuses when they try to scam you and say they never received, then wrong address, then change the story again to customs duty not paid, then change one more time again to restocking fee, oh and then they say give you 50% return in store credit lol pointless if your never shopping there again.

BEWARE! IT'S A MISTAKE!

Actually, I give NO STAR on this site.I really should've trusted this website. I ordered a gown 7 weeks before my birthday and never received the product. I tried contacting the seller MANY times and was never receive any reply. I reached out to CapOne to file a dispute and the next day I received reply from sthcute apologizing because they're so busy. So, I proceed to my order thinking I could return for refund incase I receive on time. I received the product 2 days before my bday and it was HORRIBLE gown I ever seen in my life. I emailed for a refund but you have to pay to ship it back which costs more than the merchandise and there is no guarantee that the item will reach somewhere in China. Its very HORRIBLE experience! FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER "BEWARE" This is a scam. You think you can return the product, Yes you can BUT NO WAY it will reach the vendor in isolated place in China, you're on your own when it come to return. I paid $148.

NEVER BUT FROM THIS BRAND.

DO NOT BUY. Trust every review on this website. This site is awful. I stupidly ordered the dress before looking at reviews. Dress never came and its about 6 weeks after homecoming, I ordered my dress 2 weeks before homecoming. Dress was $60 and I had to buy a new one from a different website: Lucy In The Sky. Not to mention none of the photos are theirs, they are all stolen including a few from Lucy In The Sky. Don't buy from here, dresses on Lucy In The Sky are cheaper and come in 3 days. If you bought a dress from sthcute already and are now reading reviews like I did, buy a backup right away.

This was a horrible shopping experience

This was a horrible shopping experience. The clothes are poor quality and not worth the price. The returns section is not transparent about the return location being china and my item is unlikely to arrive back in the 30 day window due to customs on that end. The customer service experience was awful! It has taken 2 weeks to receive directions on how to place the return. Worst experience ever!! Lesson learnt and want to help others avoid same mistake.

In response to your response:
Per my message above, I already tried to contact customer service and did not receive a helpful response or solution to my issue. I would not leave a review like the above without first giving you an opportunity to resolve it.

My issues are:
1. The items are very poor quality for what you charged.
2. I was told I needed to submit the return and it had to arrive back to your warehouse in China within 30 days for a refund. The post office told me it would get held at customs in China and would not make it within 30 days.
3. I’d have to pay $40 to return the items with no guarantee of a refund.
4. There is no transparency on the website about the returns process and location. You do say up front that the return cost is the responsibility of the purchaser which is fair but there is no transparency about the returns going to China nor the consequent challenges around returning the items to China within 30 days.
5. I was also told to indicate the value of the items is $10 on the customs form which does not feel right, given I paid US$140 in total.

The only outcome I will be happy with at this stage is a full refund.

Horibble service! Never buy from here no matter what anyone says. You try to cancel an order, they won't respond to you and ship out your parcel without any notice. Fighting to get my money back

Fighting to get my money back. Filed a claim with the cc co because these people like to give a run around. Stall tactics. Promise a 7-9 day delivery with a 24-48 hour turnaround and a return label in the package. ALL LIES. Ive never had such a poor online retail experience to what seems to be a store front landing page for who the heck knows what - but my young daughter ordered on sept 19 a dress on the site for a homecoming on Oct 7 and I sent them 3 emails saying please do not ship the order hadnt even shipped and will not make it in time. They disregarded. Said they were on break from 9/27- 0ct 4. Sent notice to ship on 10/15 and now want to know what is wrong with the dress and to send pictures and declare value and insurance on the package, back to china. Forget it! 30 days of hell with these people and a run around like none other. DON'T order from here. The dresses may be cute, but what a pain if you need any service. NOT WORTH THE RISK! Its a full on scam! Total lies and a complete run around and a waste of time and money.

This website was bad

This website was bad. The dress was sent to me and I didn't like how the XS fit. I did infact check the website and they sad returns are fully available. When I went to return I was never giving a shipping label. I emailed multiple times and they responded rarely only asking what my order number was, and never acknowledging the fact they never gave me a return label. Who knows if I will ever get my money back. Never ordering from here ever again :)

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER

This was the worst customer service, incompetent inventory management, and dishonest and unprofessional communication I have every experienced with any retail experience. I would give less than one star if it were an option. Sthcute quoted me a 7-9 day delivery window when I ordered an item on September 20th. On October 9th it was still not here and I was told the supplier was behind and my item would be shipped in three days. On October 12th I inquired again: no response. On October 18th, I inquired again. Today, October 20th, I received a response saying that the item was out of stock and my order couldn’t be filled. This is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this company again.

Don’t buy from here

Don’t buy from here! I ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming… It came in 10 days later than it was supposed to, and it was the wrong size. When I asked about exchanging for the correct size, they told me I would have to pay shipping to exchange, and they do not do returns at all. This place is a rip off.

Dress sent AFTER I filed dispute of charge

Ordered dress 9/18 paid extra for quick shipping for an event 9/30. Multiple emails NO RESPONSE. Filed dispute with credit card, 10/6 they shipped dress not good at all; no return info. It's A SCAM for sure; wish I read reviews first. I was charged instantly not when shipped. No Return info, no phone number no responses to emails. I will pursue the dispute with my credit card company.

A bunch of SCAMMERS

I really should've trusted this website. I ordered a dress three weeks ago and never received the product. I tried contacting the seller MULTIPLE times and was never reached out to. Not a good situation. I reached out to PayPal to file a dispute and was informed that this seller has a reputation of doing this to other purchasers and there is an ongoing investigation against them.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. The dresses are not cut true to size. I wear a medium and ordered a large and I couldn’t get it over my hips.

I also ordered the dress with expedited shipping, the dress did not come in the allotted time and they will not respond to my email to return it.

Every time I send an email there is an automated response they are closed for a week. Please save your time and money!

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered three things from this business, I got two, and they are the worst quality you can buy. The items do not match the description and if you have any problems, customer care isn't responding. I have been trying for weeks to return what I bought and I keep getting out of office replies. Do not buy from this company.
