Terrible terrible customer service. Cannot contact them in any way. They don’t return emails, there is no phone number … only a WhatsApp … yet their WhatsApp doesn’t exist. I ordered a dress 11 days ago and it still has not shipped and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get it resolved. I’m contacting my bank to get my money back. WORST COMPANY EVER.

they did me so dirty i ordered extra small and it was still big on me and after i tried it on the fricken arm sleeve fell off because of BAD sewing they did like it hanged by 1 string. DO NOT BUY EVER FROM HERE.

The product comes from China, therefore, takes forever to receive. When finally received, packaging was terrible and saw that the dress is so cheaply made! Went to send back as the fit was also not right and it takes them a long time to respond on how to send back. Found out you have to send back to China, and shipping costs are expensive! Total rip-off!

This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I bought two different dresses from them one in a size, medium and one in a size small to make sure that I would get the correct size. Both of the dresses were way too small and couldn’t even zip up even though I am a small girl. The sizing chart is entirely incorrect and misleading. Also, the dresses were not even the same as the one that was displayed in the picture. I paid out of my pocket to return both of the dresses I bought and sent them to China. They have refused to respond to a single one of my emails and I have not been refunded for the two dresses that I have already paid to send back to them.

Worst store you can buy from they will scam you in every way and ignore your email completely and will try to push you to not get refunded even though their product descriptions and sizes are way off. They will email you back and can’t even type correctly. Worst online store ever.

I wanted to give 0 stars. Selling brand names that are fake. Complicated pricey return to China and being asked for tracking. I paid $65 for a low quality knock off dress that the company itself claimed to be of $10 value and shipping back cost $44. absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy.

I have asked for a return label, or some way to return my clothes for almost 2 weeks now and they refuse. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have been going back and fourth with them and they are astutely terrible. Only buy from them if you are okay with not being able to return even though it says on their website they will accept any return with a tag still on it.

Worst, never received my package, I even paid for express shipping. They wouldn’t refund me and I never received anything, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! SCAMMMMM

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered two dresses totaling about $140. I was expecting my items within a few days. It’s been a month and I still have not received any package. The sketchy shipping courier they used called “4PX” claims they delivered by package at 2am. However, I have security camera footage showing no attempts of delivery were made or no package left at my door. They NEVER attempted delivery but claim they delivered. STHCute did nothing and continues to do nothing to help me. They claim this is out of their hands since the courier claims to have delivered it. They gave me two scam numbers and an email for the so-called shipping company from China, and none of the numbers work. It doesn’t ring and they take you to an automatic voicemail prompting you to wait for a TEXT message which never comes. There’s no way to communicate with the shipping company to inquire about my lost package. Both merchant and shipping company are HUGE SCAMS that conned me out of $140. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a dress and paid extra for expedited shipping. It took twice as long as they said it would be and I did not receive my dress until after the event I needed it for. I called them many times, including the courier company they hired which is also awful, and no one did anything to help me. Even after I offered to pick it up from the warehouse. They have so far refused to pay for the return shipping, as I have expressed that I no longer need the dress since it did not arrive in time. I have been emailing them trying to just return the dress, never mind get free shipping and they will not answer my emails. The quality of both dresses I ordered is pretty crappy. They are cheap. This company is horrible and I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I was really excited to get my dress that I order. At first I was a bit sketchy about if it would arrive or not because it took a week longer than expected but it came two weeks later. When it arrived I thought the material would be more fitted and light but actually the material was very stiff and heavy. On the website the dress is shown in a mini length just at the models thighs. When I tried it on, it went almost to my knees. Overall I do not enjoy this website. It is a complete waste of money, please don’t order and support this business. DON’T NO MATTER HOW APPEALING IT LOOKS ON THE WEBSITE

Spent $85 on a dress for it to come see-though, huge, and just horribly cheap. The website said they had a 30 day return policy, so I emailed them and asked how I could return. They wrote back with an automated response about how all of their employees weren't available for the next 30 days. Figures. If you're smart, do not order from here.

They never sent me a confirmation email about the dress I ordered, it was supposed to come in 8 days and still haven’t received it I have been tracking it and it says it’s been delayed multiple times in china, i spent 93 with shipping. PLEASE AND I MEAN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!!

Do not buy anything from them . SCAM, SCAM, SCAM .. I spent 52$ on a dress that didn’t fit and color was way of from the picture and nOw I can’t return the dress because it cost 75 $ fto return to China . Please I warned you to don’t by anything from this website. I lost my money but I’m making sure no one else doesn’t.

I spent almost $50 on a red dress that looked amazing in pictures. It took about 2 weeks to get to my house, and what I received was a cheaply made piece of garbage. The material in the photo looked like a dark red satin, but I got something WAY too large (ordered a size XS but it fit like an L) made of a cheap bright, reflective nylon. The dress was also supposed to hit the knee area, but on it was almost floor length. The straps seemed like they were about to break, and on top of it all, customer service for the website barely exists. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE

I wanted a refund so I contacted them but they told me they were on a break and that they would get back to me in a few days but a week has passed and still no one has responded. Customer service is terrible.

Spent $50 on an emerald green satin dress. A cheap looking teal polyester satin arrived that looked so incredibly cheap. Threads were coming out everywhere and when I asked for a return it was half the price of the dress to ship back. They refused to pay shipping and offered a $25 credit in exchange

The dress arrived, it's a poorly made, ill fitting dupe, it is not as pictured on the website. I had to contact "customer service" multiple times for them to give me the information so I could make a return. The website says if a return slip is not included that they will be happy to provide one. They did not provide me with a return slip, only gave me an address to send it to in their email response. Seems sketchy they say that I am supposed to use a return slip and they just give me an address without direction as to what to put in the bag with the dress. To add insult to injury they said that I had to send it with a tracking number which ends up being $40 as it has to go back to China. Also, the website says that the dress has to be returned with all labels attached, unworn etc. Well conveniently the dress arrived and the label was not attached, it was just floating in the plastic bag with the dress. So now, I have no idea if I pay the $40 to ship the dress back if they will even credit my account because technically they could argue that the tags weren't on as required by their return policy.

HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a dress for my birthday 4 weeks in advance, which means I had to pay for express shipping. I didn’t receive my dress until the day of and to top it off, the dress is the length of a shirt, and it’s about 4 sizes smaller than what it’s suppose to be. I should have known I would receive poor quality from them when they did not respond to my email in regards to my dress being sent late.
