I agree with many other reviewers that this store offers extremely cheap dresses that look nothing like the pictures. Any 5-star reviews on Trust Pilot are surely generated by the company and not real people - they are so far from anything truthful about this company. Returns are almost impossible. They claim to provide a return slip, but there is no such slip. They do respond to emails, but it took at least 4 emails for them to tell me how to return the item, including an offer to provide a 50% credit for another item instead. I haven’t sent it yet, as it needs to be mailed to China and they no longer provide a return slip. They just want you to send the tracking number. They also want you to provide a photo so they can see that it hasn’t been worn. ??? My daughter found this site and I should have followed my gut when even the ordering process was a little odd. This site should be shut down - please don’t purchase from Sthcute!

The dresses that were sent are of the lowest quality. They claim to send a return slip in the original package, but this is a lie. They make initiating and successfully returning an item nearly impossible. This site is a scam, please save your time and your money. I will never be ordering from them again.

This is my first time writing a negative review for anyone but if I can convince at least one person not to buy from their site then my job here is done.

I purchased two outfits for my birthday and paid for express postage and they arrived about 8 weeks after they should have. Once they arrived the quality was TERRIBLE I have never seen such poorly made dresses that looked absolutely nothing like pictured on their website.
They say they send a returns slip with the parcel on their website but this is just the first step of them making it really difficult for people to get refunds in hopes that it seems like too much effort and you don’t bother.

I contacted them asking for them to send me a returns slip. They stated the don’t supply slips then attempted to bride me with a 50% store credit and to keep the items. I told them no, I would be returning them for a full refund as the website states I am able to. They agree eventually after I threatened to contact PayPal after a few emails back and forth waiting weeks for them to reply each time.

So I send them back, I give them 8 weeks to receive them and reach out again asking where my money is. They then tell me I needed to pay more money to have the parcel released from customs and if i didn’t then it would be returned back to me. I told them no, I’m not liable for any further costs, please give me my money back. They refused and kept trying to convince me to accept a 50% store credit.

Eventually I realised they were not going to cooperate so I emailed one more time saying I had launched an investigation with PayPal and I would no longer be communicating with them. The money arrived within 7 days.

This lasted about 5 months, absolutely ridiculous. Please save yourself the disappointment and stress.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I never complain about service but I'd hate for someone else to lose money like I have. I paid for expedited delivery and my items arrived 5 weeks later after the events I needed them for. Upon request for assistance with returning them, I was bribed to keep the items in exchange for a 50% store credit and then ignored several times by customer service when i politely asked for their assistance with sending the items back. They do NOT send return slips with their merchandise like it says online. They intentionally do not send return slips to avoid the option of returning items. By far the worst online shopping experience.

Scam website that uses pictures from other well known websites. Paid for urgent delivery, took 7 weeks. Cant return it for free either. Avoid

STHCUTE is my go-to shopping choice, and I like buying clothes from it.

My packages consistently arrive punctually. It would be great to receive a complimentary gift, though

I'm thrilled with this website; There's a plethora of things to discover.

Beware: most of these items are dupes of other dresses and the product pictures on this site are often stolen from other websites. For example: a dress from Murci with photos stolen from their website. The reviews have photos taken from Instagram from influencers who reviewed the original product from Murci (ex. @hollyjai) so I guess the reviews are fake too? Sooo sketchy.

The WORST crap ever. Seriously, trust the reviews. They steal pictures from other sites and then send you a dress that looks nothing like what you ordered. How are these scammers still in business? The material is garbage and all of it is garbage. A trash can liner is made better. No joke, either spend the money and order the real dress or forget it.

Sizing charts were completely off and returns are paid by the customer … and must be sent to China. If I could do this over again I would’ve told my daughter to find a different dress to try. An $80 lesson we are going to have to learn. Annoying.

Love the offerings from this company; just wish the delivery process could be a bit speedier.

I tried to purchase a dress for my winter formal. it came looking nothing like what i ordered. It was awful quality with stitches already missing.

I payed for 5-8 day shipping and it came in 12 days.

I tried to leave a review 3 times and they deleted it every time. they even delete my instagram comments.

Awful company. should be banned for deleting reviews.

The overall experience was smooth, and I received all the items I ordered. However, I would suggest that STHCUTE could enhance the details in their product titles and descriptions a bit more.

Got all my items on the expected day; 95% of my order fits perfectly.
