Fantastic service
Fantastic service , really easy to use and super fast product delivery. the stickers are fantastic , really lovely clear and profesional. great response when i accidentally forgot to tick delivery my error was corrected in hours and the stickers with me the next day.

Hi,
Our phone lines are off due to support staff working from home with kids. This is noted on the website on every page at the top (it says "currently offline" under telephone section) . All emails are responded to within 24 hours Mon-Fri, most often much quicker.
I can see you have sent only 2 emails to us today, one at 12:22 asking for your order and the other half an hour later at 12:53 saying just "Hello?"
Imagine if all our clients sent emails like this, how much longer it would take to get through them all. It's certainly not helpful.
Your order is currently being printed and being dispatched today, on time. You approved it on Friday the 27th Aug in the afternoon, it's now only 4 working days later and being dispatched.
So, in reply to your review, if you read the pages in a little more detail next time, you'll have the correct expectations. Rather than ordering blindly and slating us publicly for doing exactly what we say we do on the website.

Don't be put off by some of the reivews
I needed some stickers for my business and found Stickythings' website which seemed to offer what I needed. I was concerned with some of the recent negative reviews and feared that my stickers were going to take a while to arrive but I was very impressed with the overall service. I received my stickers within a couple of days of placing a late night order and not only do they look amazing, they have also supplied additional stickers, so it's a win win situation for me.
If you are looking for some stickers, I encourage you to not be put off by some of the reviews as the service I received is definitely not representative of what I read. I will no doubt be using them again for my next order.

Unfortunately these review sites become a dumping ground for negative reviews, whether it's our fault or not. Dealing with 300-500 orders weekly, you'll always get one or two who expect way more than you actually offer and complain when they don't get what they expected. It's the nature of the beast unfortunately. Usually they just don't read the website information, whether thats delivery information, adhesive type or finish or approved incorrect artwork. That's the most common issues. Occasionally we make mistakes, we're human... but we always rectify them at no cost to the client asap.
Thousands of clients return to us each year for more labels but never leave a review. You can be assured everyone who isn't satisfied, they leave a negative review 100%; sometimes multiple negative reviews.
Only around 5% of people that have a positive experience leave a review, however 100% of unhappy clients leave a negative review.
