The majority of your staff were very helpful but we were particularly disappointed with the surface mounted plastic pipework left by the plumber. We started with two copper pipes feeding the radiator and finished with an ugly maze of pipes and joints on the skirting board. As there was a lot of work going on in the room I did not see the result until he had left or I would have asked him to redo the job.

Everything was done as quickly and efficiently as possible with a very good result which we are now enjoying every day. Can't fault the service.

Highly recommend this company. From start to finish our experience has been positive. Very flexible and customer focused company. Sorted out any problems promptly. The lift is amazing. So much better than moving house.

This was a quick and efficient installation. The lift changes life for me, making all parts of my home and garden accessible. It is big enough for me to transfer laundry and shopping between floors, giving me more control over my life. On one occasion I used the call system in the lift and was immediately given advice to solve the problem, followed up swiftly by a visit to ensure all was in order.

Stiltz have installed an excellent lift in the stairwell of my home. The installation went smoothly, and the chaps doing the work were tidy, efficient and respectful. The lift is a serious investment, but it has improved the quality of my life whilst future proofing my home.

Highly efficient, professional and painless experience. The installation was faultless and the lift has been working perfectly for 4 months

The staff are professional helpful, the installation went to schedule the installers were excellent cleaned up after themselves. We had one issue the engineer came out as booked and repaired the problem in a timely manner we are really happy with the service we have received

An excellent product which does not look out of place in our home. It’s very useful not just carrying people. Great after sales service

Very poor experience with the lift installed today and came back (as per the installer) as faulty and can't work
The contractor took the whole money in advance so I don't know if they'll be interested to fix it or I'm left with a piece of metal for many several thousands which is never and not working
I don't know how a manufacturer let a product cost tens of thousand of pounds to pass the quality control and come out the factory faulty even before delivery
My elderly parents both have dementia and a live in carer. The lift broke down and there is no one in the area to fix it meaning one parent is upstairs and one downstairs. I have been told it will be this afternoon before an engineer can get here. This is not an emergency breakdown service.
Delayed putting lift in and once it finally got fitted we have 3 months of constant issues the lift is unreliable and is not fit for purpose and have to constantly wait for repairs

Good product but said at time of ordering that my wife who has Parkinsons will need a double lift
But now find that rollator wil not fit in
Good but just hiccup re rollator
I also use a 3 wheeler
No way can I get in with wife who needs help
Overall a good lift
The service was better than 1st class. It was excellent in every way. We could not be more pleased with everything Stilz applied it’s self to in any way. We would award 6 stars at the very least.

I have a Stiltz Duo, bought almost 2 years ago.
Delivery was late and Italian service company not very friendly I am afraid. Installation was in 3 days because the second day nobody showed up.
However, I cannot at this time fault the quality of the Stiltz home lift. I just wish the Italian company whom Stiltz has chose to provide service in Italy were more responsive!
The rating for the Stiltz only would have been higher if it were not for the service.
Thank you Stiltz for making the lift installation at my Mum and Dad's house so easy. We have experienced excellent customer from your offices and the installation team from start to finish, and afterwards! All questions have been answered promptly, comprehensively, and most importantly, in a supportive manner. It was also greatly appreciated that dates for installation were organised around my parents being away so work could be done in their absence. That week was very busy, but the whole team were punctual, polite, hardworking and considerate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting a home lift, nothing has been too much trouble and they really do care about getting things right. The lift is now being put to good use and making a difference to my parents, which is what it is all about.

My 98 year old aunt who lives on her own had a Stiltz lift installed a few months ago. Since the installation she has ben stuck in the lift three times. Just last week she was stuck for one and a half hours between floors. This has been very scary for her and she has lost confidence in the lift which does not seem to be fit for purpose. The company needs to make sure that the lift will not stick. She is concerned that she will get stuck and that nobody will be around to help her.
My elderly relative was trapped for over an hour in her lift, and this isn't the first time it has happened. The lift is just 12 months old and this is unacceptable. Would not recommend these lifts.
They just dont care - no communication and an awful service. Wish I hadn't of pushed for this lift. We were delivered two 600kg pallets of lift out of the blue, without any Stiltz members on hand my husband and I had thousands of pounds worth of lift out in the elements. Called stiltz, they didnt seem bothered. The lift is now water damaged. Waited over a year for installation, then tell us that we should have cleared the room. No communication as to how to prepare for the installation. We then have to pay for the hospital bed to be moved same day, the hoops we had to jump through to get it done. Then... they decide that it is unsafe to do, despite an apparent surveyor attending and not identifying any of these 'issues'. We have been left, our disabled son is struggling emotionally as his bed has since been moved downstairs and we are struggling to settle him over night. We had expected the team to be here this morning, but nothing, rung to find out what was going on, always goes to voicemail, then in the office nothing gets escalated, they dont seem to be bothered the upheaval and effect that it is having on an 8 year old with significant disability and need.
At 10am today, a member of their team arrived telling us he had driven from Birmingham to sign off the work - it hasn't even been started!
I wrote an email to every email address I had asking for escalation as we have been left. They couldn't even reply! Their silence speaks volumes. Awful service and terrible customer care.
