Had an issue where I couldn't add text to a sign, completed the order thinking I would get the option to add on checkout, No!
Rang the company directly explaining what happened, no issues, was asked what text was required, couldn't have been more helpful.

I made an error and under ordered- not an issue. A short email elicited a prompt response from Harrison. Extras added to existing order to save postage costs and discounts applied.
Signs delivered as promised and Harrison was in touch every step of the way.
