One of the most inclusive customer…
One of the most inclusive customer service experiences I can recall. If this is down to an individual staff member's efforts then it is to be applauded but would expect this is indicative of the company's attitude to customer care. In comparison to most customer experiences, I would consider this to be an aspirational benchmark. I don't usually do reviews so it has to be remarkable experience at either end of the scale for me to comment.

Outstanding!
Very fast and professional service. My order was acknowledged and confirmed promptly. I was kept informed about the status of my order throughout and told delivery day and who the carrier would be. DPD arrived on time and followed my delivery instructions.

My customer is'nt happy
Ordered it friday 30th June, phoned on 5th July to ask where is it and got told it would be delivered on 6th....just got home from work on the 6th to find no parcel and an email off DPD saying they have received my parcel....if i wouldnt of called probably still be sat on the shelf!....my customer is'nt happy at all!
