Craig Hayes who I dealt with was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He recognised that my hearing was not great at the age of 84! I did have a friend with me all the time. On the day we drove the car away he sat in the passenger seat and described all the different gadgets to me who was in the driving seat, obviously, obviously! Emily was very helpful too when she did her part in her office!
It was a positive experience apart from my sadness and tears at only being offered £100 for my beautiful Suzuki Alto!

Found a lease deal for an in-stock Fiat600 for my wife. Submitted application form and, having leased cars before, expected the process to go smoothly from there.
Have now spent the past two months calling on a weekly basis for updates as the lack of information from Stoneacre is appalling. No replies to emails, short staffing/staff sick excuses.
Asked four times for an estimated delivery timescale...nothing!
Eventually found out on a phonecall that the car was at the dealership in Nottingham but still couldn't get a delivery estimate.
Finally heard last week that car was to be delivered today(Tuesday). Message from driver saying it would arrive late morning, excellent!
9am my wife gets a call to say it's not happening as lorry has broken down..you couldn't make it up!
Supposed to be coming tomorrow. I won't hold my breath.
Will definitely not use Stoneacre again. Very poor service.

The service was really good, from my accidental enquiry I was contacted and decided to book an appointment with Lottie at the Teesside branch.
It was quick and simple and she was super helpful, the short videos she sent with the available cars was a really nice touch, and when she collected my car from your Darlington branch she did me another video showing me the car which was very much appreciated. Very happy with the in house service.

At the toyota showroom at Durham I was introduced to Chris one of the salesmen, I told him I was interested in trading in my Toyota Yaris for a Yaris cross. I explained to Chris that I was quite anxious about the process. We sat and talked about my needs then he showed me around a Yaris Cross explaining all the features on the car, Chris was very patient and reassuring giving me time to decide, answering all of my questions,( and there were quite a few)
After making a decision the process of trading my car in was very straightforward. Chris has reassured me that if I have any questions about my new car I just have to contact the garage

Alfie was fantastic right from the first enquiry. For 6 weeks we fired questions at him and he remained calm throughout even to the day before collection. If he wasn't sure of the answer he never failed to report back and we admired that about him. Besides being a really nice guy.
