From the start of my visit just to browse the car range I was treated to a very professional and caring experience, the sales manager Dameon Rudd was a pleasure to deal with and looked after me fantastically well, a credit to the Lexus dealership.
I was able to take the car out on a test drive and immediately I was convinced it was for me. The whole process of buying the car was perfect it was ready on time as arranged and Dameon went through every detail on the vehicle, what a professional FIVE STARS he deserves

I bought my first Honda CRV Hybrid from Stoneacre 7 years ago and the experience from the sales team Josh and Elizer in the service department and the ongoing customer service was absolutely outstanding. They looked after my car even when I had a few issues and they sorted them out expediently. I was so impressed that I came to buy another Honda CRV and was welcomed again by Josh and Dan who again was absolutely outstanding in their sales manner.

Unpleasant unhelpful buying experience and sold service plans that weren't with the paper they were written on. When I call, they always trying to sell something.

Issues with staff especially a female who was dealing with me, who didn't have a clue, what was going on.

Renault 5 turned out to be a very popular car to buy. I placed my order which was supposedly to be deliver in June. However due to unforeseen issue, such as customs delay and etc, the car was not delivered to the dealership till July. the communication with Kelsey at Stoneacre was brilliant, she kept me updated every other day with information about the arrival of the car - such lovely gesture to take my worries and frustration away.
Today the car was handed over to me in pristine condition as expected. Kelsey was very patient with us with the procedure and made sure all our questions were answered before we drove off. Also Aaron and Rachel deserve a praise too for providing with extra helps during the purchase!
