I had a positive experience with Kingsbury Stone, both James and Myles that heled me in my search were professional, efficient and courteous. I would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them as an agency.

Had a professional consulting and viewing service here. Especially James Dewhurst showed a high standard of the process.

We were particularly impressed by the agent who dealt with our enquiry. He was patient, answered all questions and gave up his time on a Sunday to fit in a viewing for our convenience. A director of the company became involved, kept his hand on the transaction and was instrumental in securing a speedy exchange to suit all parties.

Had a pretty weird and unpleasant experience with Daniel. While he seemed polite at first, he got a bit too personal, kept arguing about the features of the flat that I didn't like, and kept pushing even when I made the decision to not go forward with the purchase. All of this made me very uncomfortable. At this point he started ignoring parts of my emails — I've repeatedly told him I was still looking for a home and asked to be connected to his colleagues who worked in other areas of London, but he just kept skipping this question — not sure if there's some kind of internal competition in the company, but this is very strange and unprofessional. I do not appreciate being treated like this, and will not tolerate it, so will avoid Kingsbury Stone in the future.

Met with and dealt with Sam Garcia. Extremely efficient and particularly quick at answering emails and telephone calls.

Ross Rose has been a pleasure to deal with - on my first viewing he showed me around several potential units in the building, then he was happy to meet me there again the next day for a second viewing. On both occasions he was patient and knowledgable, giving honest answers to all my questions. He has been responsive by phone, text and email making it a really smooth experience.

Ross Rose was super helpful showing us around an apartment twice! Unfortunately we didn't get to making an offer, although he was great to communicate the whole process of buying a flat and organising calls with potential mortgage brokers & lawyers. Will gladly work with him to find a place in the future.

Daniel has a depth of property knowledge of the London market. I found his approach and manner professional and I would highly recommend utilising his skills and ability to assist you in any residential property search and zero in on your requirements.

We had such a good experience with Joe! My partner and I had been searching for a place for sometime and had actually given up looking. But Joe gave me a call and showed us a property. He was so helpful, laid back and knowledgeable. We have struggled a bit with how pushy some estate agents can be but Joe was the perfect balance of informative, knowledgeable but really respected our need for time to process our options. Highly recommend him and his manager was also really lovely to talk through and again patient when we had a couple of hiccups. really pleased we made the enquiry and the company have referred us on to others who have sorted the whole process for us which is ideal given we had given up with the process by then!

Firstly from the moment we enquired to the moment we had our offer accepted Sam and the company acted very promptly to ensure we had a smooth and efficient experience. Sam was extremely helpful from our initial telephone conversation, where he was quick to help us set up a face to face appointment. During this appointment we spent a good amount of time discussing all the details and we felt Sam gave us very unbiased and sound advice, which we really appreciated. We were lucky with Sam we felt he wasn't trying to make a sale, but more to help us make a decision and we appreciated this relationship.
My Dad had the pleasure of speaking to the CEO Michael and was also very complimentary to help he was offering, and he was also very swift to get our deal over the line, which we really appreciated.

Overall the experience we have had with Kingsbury Stone has been enjoyable and very efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Richard Marriner at Kingsbury Stone has been so helpful to us trying to find a new home. Richard took time to listen to exactly what our requirements were, but was patient with us when we didn’t always know exactly what we wanted! At no point did we feel pressured and we always appreciated his honesty and commitment to finding us something suitable. Although at this time it has not resulted in a sale for us, we would not hesitate to approach Richard again or recommend him to anyone seeking a new home.

Over promised and sold us a lie. From misrepresenting some facts about the property to poor customer service, the attitude of this company has been highly unprofessional and disappointing. Once the deal was closed, they stopped taking calls, would not call back and completely ignored my queries and issues. I have never been more disappointed by any service in my life and would never recommend them to anyone.

We had a very good experience with Kingsbury Stone. Mr John was extremely helpful & guided us for everything from arranging viewing; showing the development; briefing on how HTB scheme works. Overall its amazing experience and thanks John for his support.

As first time buyers, my wife and I had so many questions and only a few answers. Having had multiple viewings using different agencies, we were happy with the overall service, but something was missing. And then we met Ross, and it was nothing but smooth sailing from there onwards. His level of knowledge, professionalism and confidence ticked all the boxes, leaving us with a feeling of contempt, trust, and a big smile on our faces. Needles to say, we signed the contract 1 hour after we met him, and we have nothing but gratitude and sincere thanks for everything.

Great experience! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially thank Daniel and Dennis! Lots of work has been done behind the scene- they have been very productive and speedy!

Pathetic pathetic developers
They overpromise and fail to deliver. We have recently moved into a property by them and they handed over a dirty scratched spoofed house to us. There are paint spots everywhere in the house, there’s holes in the pillars, the electric sockets have gaps with the wall. Big scratches on the wooden floor and black spots all over the walls. They have mismatched white paint on the walls. Their property manager is unprofessional and tries to pin all of this on you. We have met other residents from the property and they have the exact same issues and the same excuses. Never buy from them.

Great energy from John and James, very professional, very passionate about their work too, which showed enormously. Always wanting to go that extra mile for us, which we thoroughly appreciated! Also, most importantly for us, being flexible and accommodating. We, as first time buyers, felt at ease and thankful we had these guys to help us make our first offer, which was accepted, thanks to them! Very grateful. Thanks Guys :)
