Awful as ever.
The only good impression they had was the day we made the viewing, with John. He was looking so passionate about the property, so helpful and understanding. Eventually we made an offer but everything moved to Grahem, the manager at KingsburyStone. I wish no one would go through him, he is a hell of an Estate Agent.
They didn't say many things about the property and the development, we had so much troubles in getting our mortgage. The whole process took 8 months and he didn't have the dignity to meet us and give the keys. When we actually signed to exchange the contract he vanished, not answering to any phone call, he turned the best day of our life in a terrible day. Such a disgrace to meet him, if it wasn't for our broker we would give up several times. And the path is still hard until the end.

We used Kingsbury Stone for one of the properties we were considering. Even though eventually we did not go with that property I was very happy with the professionalism and promptness of John who was assisting me with the search and the viewing. It was good to have an in-person chat about the property which is rare nowadays. I would recommend him to anyone in future.

I have dealt for the last 12 years of my property portfolio management with tens of real estates agents , property developers, brokers, etc but John Cahill of Stone stand out as an honest, polite, always available and responsive with exceptional excellent customer service endeavour.
I am sure a bright young man like John will have along with Stone a very bright future.

I enquired online and was contacted by John. He was very polite and accommodating to find a time that worked around my work schedule. I was unable to come into their office so John set up a zoom call and took me through all the details of the property I was interested in. He took the time to understands what I'm looking for and only shared suitable options. (Which is not common these days!).
I look forward to continuing my search with his professional support.

I've had a great experience. The agent helped me find just what I was looking for - a great apartment in a great neighbourhood and within the budget that I initially mentioned. He didn't just show me the showroom, but all available apartments that I was interested in and spent a lot of time answering all my questions about each tiny detail.

My partner and I have made the decision earlier this year to get onto the property ladder and buy our first property in London. We wanted to make the most out of the Help to Buy scheme as it comes to an end in 2023 - we came across Stone Real Estate whilst doing some online research and we have been beyond satisfied with their service.

From the get go, James from the Stone team called me up to better understand my partner and I's position and our real estates desires and needs. When we went to the complex building to visit a specific flat, Stone exceeded our expectations. Georgina, another Stone member, made us visit not one, but three flats.

We ended falling in love with one of them. Our offer wasn't a guaranteed yes as we offered less than the asking price, but James and Georgina really made sure we were well represented and in the best position possible to get our offer accepted. We are now pleased to say that we have secured the place of our dreams.

James and Georgina are sincerely kind people who have your best interest at heart. They have been in touch with me pretty much every day to make sure I was well informed of the process, next steps and so on. They would even get in touch after work hours, which was incredibly helpful with both me and my partner's busy schedules.

I would highly recommend Stone Real Estate to anyone looking for a property in London!

I was being looked after John and it was a great experience. He was attentive and understood my requirements and found me an incredible listing but unfortunately due to personal reasons I was not able to go through with it. John was fantastic in guiding me through the process and giving me all the information I needed. Would highly recommend.

After finding about a property for sale online, we got in contact with John. He explained us the details about the area and the property in question over a Zoom call. Very informative and productive meeting I should say. John also arranged us a viewing very swiftly though it was a tight window. We were very happy to get a tailor made service which is very unusual with real estate agents in London. When we visited the property John went over every detail including every pros and cons and made sure we were making an educated and well informed decision. We haven't gone for the property after all but the service we received was very satisfactory and well prepared for. Thank you John!

I was contacted by John in response to an inquiry. It felt really nice interacting with him. He made sure to understand what I was looking for and then showed us the property exactly matching our requirements. The process with quick and smooth. His attitude and work ethic is great didn’t waste our time at all. On the second stage I was in contact with James to place an offer. He was also great quickly responded to our queries and helped us getting the best deal. It was really nice working with these guys. I cannot recommend them enough.

John was welcoming, calming and informative all the way. Went out of his way to get a last minute 2nd viewing in so I could bring my parents along (they were also huge fans “what a lovely young man, didn’t feel like he was selling anything to you, just seemed genuine” (mum, 2021)

Professionaly run business with friendly and hard working consultants/agents (was assisted by John and Ruaraidh) that are knowledgeable. Helped me along the process and had multiple viewings with them. Unfortunately, couldn't find an agreement mostly due to the developers lack of flexibility and high asking price. Would highly recommended contacting them as they represent very nice new developments and are always happy to assist.

John Cahill, contacted me when I sent an email from Stone Real Estate, regarding a newly refurbished development. I was really impressed how friendly and helpful John has been. He listened to what my requirements were, and contacted me on a number of occasions with enthusiasm and keenness to show me various options to my needs. He is such a lovely, friendly, young man and will go far in his career.

I've never met with a more client-focused agent! Naz and John were great from the beginning. I was bombarded by calls from high street agents who took no interest into my search criteria whatsoever so meeting two agents who genuinely cared was refreshing! They put me in touch with the right people and were so informative of how to purchase a property. I haven't purchased just yet but the journey so far has been brilliant. Definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a flat in a new build property through Stone Real Estate. This was my first property purchase so a new experience for me. Richard Marriner was excellent at the start of the process, arranging a viewing at very short notice for me and explaining the area and characteristics of the property very well. Stone Real Estate were generally very helpful going forward. I had some significant issues with the recommended solicitor towards the end of the process and ended up needing to find a new solicitor at very short notice to exchange and complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday. Graeme Grossman was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues, and in the end Michael Stone stepped in and recommended another solicitor who could act at short notice, which was hugely appreciated. He also got in touch with the developers on my behalf to explain the situation and agree an extension for exchange. Without Michael, I think the purchase was likely to fall through entirely, but in the end we got over the line just in time. Stones were really key in helping me through the process and looking out for my best interests - I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, we received deceiving information from the estate agent and the developer about the flat measurements. It was told us that the flat was a 1 bedroom 2 people flat of 50m2, which instead was discovered through the bank survey to be a 1 bedroom 1 person flat (a studio flat) of 46m2. As first time buyers with no experience, we follow the estate agent advice to choose the solicitor and broker suggested by the developer. it became a nightmare, it was impossible to have any contact with the developer as our solicitor was recommended from the developer. AVOID this agency and never accept a recommended solicitor or broker, they all work together behind you. They seem very professional but when there are problems nobody helps you! be careful they are good sellers just that!
