Item received broken in two
Item received broken in two, emailed 3x times and used the contact us page on website with no response has left me with a damaged item.
No contact phone number to call makes it difficult to get a resolution to a problem. Company appears to have poor customer service.

Unable to fulfill order
Ordered in stock items and paid on the 9 May, received an email on 15 May unable to fulfill my order, full refund will be given no mention of the other item ordered. I purchase many items from the Leamington store, this was the first time on line and the last. I am very disappointed.
