We’re very sorry to hear that you received damaged tiles and understand how disappointing this must be.
Whilst we take every precaution to protect our tiles during transit, unfortunately damage can occasionally occur while shipments are being handled by couriers.
We do have procedures in place to resolve situations like this, and all consignments are inspected and photographed prior to leaving us as part of our quality and dispatch process.

Samples ordered
Samples ordered, delivered quickly and well packaged unlike another company we requested samples from who sent them in a jiffy bag and they were all broke. The white one has made our shortlist. Just waiting for info on the correct adhesive, etc from them.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, for one sample had to pay minimal amount, but shipping is free, which is great. 1 our three samples was broken, unfortunately, which made comparison more difficult, but we glued it together. Overall it's a fantastic way to check the tiles before buying as we could clearly see the print pattern.

Rude and very confrontational
Would never use again, based off their poor customer service. Ordered tiles advertised as sage green and was sent tiles that are grey. Tried to contact them to discuss and was spoken to rudely by their advisor. Tried to resolve the matter via email with the customer service manager, who just made matters worse, by accusing me of being confrontational and disrespectful, because I dared to try and speak to them about the tiles they’re selling that look nothing like what they advertise. They don’t care to provide a professional or helpful service, their communication is aggressive, reprimanding and very rude. I am having the tiles collected at my own cost, despite them being misadvertised and spoken to like a substandard human. Avoid at all costs, if you have an issue, you will be treated appallingly.

Following discussions with our customer service team, we clarified that the tiles supplied were the correct product ordered. The confusion related to the manufacturer's factory reference shown on the packaging differing from the retail product name used on our website, which is standard practice within the tile industry.
As with many tiles, colour tones can also appear differently depending on lighting, room surroundings and photography. For this reason, we always recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a full order.
While we appreciate that you were disappointed with the appearance of the tiles in your setting, we do not accept that you were intentionally misled. As this was not a supply error, we still offered assistance with arranging a return in line with our terms and conditions.
We always aim to communicate professionally and respectfully with all customers, and we are sorry that you remain dissatisfied.

When things go wrong
It’s important to have good products and value for money, but for me equally as important is good customer service when things go wrong. Regrettably there were issues around stock control which left a shortfall on my order. A workaround was attempted, but wasn’t suitable and there was an offer of collection and a full refund. I chose to work with the tiles I had and was refunded for those that didn’t workout. It was a difficult few weeks trying to resolve, but ultimately it was.

Cancelled my free delivery and asked me to pay
I made an order for bathroom tiles and when I entered my address, it gave me free delivery. They then rang me to say this was incorrect and I have to pay £69 for premium delivery. The lady said on the phone that it is in their terms and conditions for delivery but I didn’t read that. It’s unfair to call a customer asking them to pay more due to a fault on their ordering system. I cancelled my order as I don’t trust this company at all now

After the reply, I have a few points. It is not down to the customer to check the asterisk on your terms and conditions, at the end of the day, you have the obligation to ensure your ordering system is present and correct. It is not. You did offer me a discount, but I would never pay for something extra over the phone (scams). I don’t think it is acceptable for a company to backtrack on an agreement set by their ordering contract when I submitted my payment. This company is not trustworthy and would still avoid at all costs. I have since bought tiles from a reputable company which cost more but have the confidence that they won’t call me to pay more and have a nicer customer service

All relevant delivery information, including the terms and conditions applicable to our delivery charges, is made available on our website. As you acknowledged, this information was not reviewed prior to placing your order. We would also like to point out that the free delivery banner on our website does carry an asterisk, which is a standard indicator that further terms and conditions apply - we would encourage all customers to follow this through before completing a purchase.
We also feel it is important to note that, upon contacting you, we did offer a 50% reduction on the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, which would have been sent via a payment link as we never take payments overe the phone - something which was not mentioned in your review. We felt this demonstrated a genuine effort on our part to find a fair resolution.
