I had no idea how to go about arranging storage, Paul at the Weybridge branch was brilliant. Even managing to quickly arrange a larger unit when our kitchen turned up and needed more space than expected.

I needed somewhere to store my belongings between sale and finding a property.
There was a wide range of sizes of units with costs explained. There is also a selection of boxes and storage equipment at a fair price for sale. The units are clean bright and aired with a lot of head space. there were trolleys on hand to use and also nice clean toilets. Gaining entry was a simple system but under the watchful eye of the staff manning the entrance. Angela and Emma were always polite and helpful and nothing was any trouble.

Graham was extremely helpful from day day one when I called to book my unit. Upon our arrival at Canterbury it was obvious our unit was going to be to small I had obviously packed more into the van. This was no problem and Graham soon found me another unit. There were plenty of trollies and no problems.Thank you

Good prices for storage lockers, ideal for us while moving house. Takes the pressure off and open until 9pm and great security. The staff here are really helpful and are here until 6pm.

Excellent service and extremely helpful staff

A superbly run business where I felt totally confident putting my house contents into storage. I had one of the best ever customer service experiences with the Oxford team I have ever received, who made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. All three members of staff I dealt with were absolutely delightful, efficient, courteous and friendly and I felt in very safe hands. In addition the outfit is extremely well organised and spotlessly clean.
