I’m suffering from ‘buyers remorse’. I’ve noticed a common thread whilst reading the other reviews. All good from the start but should anything go wrong or needs repairing you will be, like me firmly on your own, until of course Stormclad offer to charge for a repair of a door that is under guarantee. Beware!!!

Stormclad replaced my 30yr old single glazed conservatory with a new individually designed, better than I ever imagined, model. From the initial designer to the surveyors, to the builders,fitters,plasterer, tiler and electrician, everyone was professional, totally competent, informative, reliable and respectful of my property. Nothing was too much trouble, even dealing with my constant questions, and I felt totally at ease with all tradesmen being on site . The standard of work was excellent, the price competitive and the planning and installation thorough and detailed. The admin team dealt seamlessly with the progression of the project and any queries were answered promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Stormclad and look forward to working with them on future projects.

We have moved into a cottage and wanted a Conservatory. Paul Young came to see us and we were so impressed with him and the product we put in an order. We then asked him to come back and we ordered windows as well. The windows have now been fitted and the two men that came were polite and professional and we are very pleased with the windows and they match in well with the cottage.

Had a new front door fitted by Stormclad at the weekend. Jono & Ben did a great job, were respectful of our property and cleared away all evidence that they had been, just leaving a new door that we are really pleased with and which compliments recent work done by others. Thanks also to Stormclad for accommodating our installation date requirements.

Stormclad replaced our kitchen door and window last year, and have just returned to install a gable-end window and bi-fold door in our garden room. This more recent job was a far more complex operation, involving removal of brickwork and rotten timber. All was competed with a minimum of fuss, and remarkably little mess. We shall be using Stormclad again when other windows in the property need replacing (as they certainly will).

Had a bow and 4 upstairs windows fitted,very pleased with the outcome jonno and is son ben was excellent left no mess.

We bought a new conservatory from Stormclad. They supplied it in a reasonable time and their erectors arrived and removed the old wooden one in a day and brought and installed the new one on the second and third days, coming again on the fourth day to complete the installation.
Our brief was to replace the old wooden one with the new plastic one. They have done exactly that. We are well pleased with the installers and the job that they did and there is a ten year guarantee in case anything is found to be wrong though I have not found anything wrong so far except for one overstiff window handle which I expect to ease with use.
I was worried about replacing a fine wooden structure, albeit starting to rot, with a plastic one but my fears were groundless. The plastic is not inferior to the wood but just a little different.

We had a barn door and side window fitted by Jono and Ben farther and son they were on time also gave us a tex to say they were on the way made us feel at ease with the way they went about the job and the finish was spot on

Excellent service and communication, from order to fitting. Would use again.

Can't speak highly enough of Stormclad and would highly recommend.
Had a lean to Conservatory built a few weeks ago.The salesman Dennis was very helpful and no hard sell.
Then the base work building team were excellent, as was Chris the fitter and John the project manager.
All in all clean,tidy, on time and professional- as well as competitively priced.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andrzej was great when he first came round to see us explaining the process very well to us, answering any questions and always being available afterwards to contact if need be. The quality of the service on the day of fitting was excellent, and the follow up visit just to finish a few bits was within a week or competition. Would highly recommend and will be going back to Stormclad for any further work.

From first consultation to installation the service has been exemplary. The ease of using the design template was foolproof. The customer service by the sales team and the surveyor was prompt and efficient with a thorough step by step explanation. We are really pleased with our door and can’t thank Steve our installer enough. He was professional in his manner, he arrived on time and was clean and tidy in his work. A really friendly gentleman who is a credit to the Stormclad Team.

It is my second order with Stormclad and I am just as pleased with the second experience as the first. From the initial contact, despite being in lockdown, was speedily replied to and arrangements were made for quotation and order placement. The fitter was very tidy, cleaned up after himself and paid super attention to detail in his finishing off. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We cannot fault the quality of the Bifold doors we have had installed. The quality of the work is first class and the whole Stormclad team are professional, pleasant and good to work with. I guess in the end you judge people and organisations on how they deal with the issues that inevitably occur when you undertake building and installation and Stormclad dealt with the issues admirably and with professionalism, what more could we ask for.

I used Storm Clad following the recommendation from my sister. I found the whole experience friendly and pleasant. Installation was completed by Steve, great job.

Stormclad built our stunning hybrid roof conservatory with bifold doors. At every stage from the ground work team, the conservatory fitter Ian and Martin the plasterer, the work has been carried out with efficiency, cleanliness and meticulous care and attention. They respected our property, protecting areas as required. All the workforce we came into contact with were polite, helpful, trustworthy and genuinely nice people who we felt comfortable with. I have no hesitation in recommending stormclad.

Stormclad have carried out a number of installations for us during the past four years. This included a new conservatory, replacement window and porch side panel glass, new front and back doors, and more recently a new patio canopy. On each occasion the work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. The installation teams that carried out the various work did an excellent job and were always very courteous and respectful of our property. Their sales team were also very courteous, and they never ever pressurised us to have any of the work done. All of the jobs had a pre-fit survey by one of their surveyors, who provided us with a detailed specification. The materials supplied were of good quality and were fully guaranteed, as was the installation work. Following each installation we were contacted by their aftersales team to ensure that we were completely happy with everything. On a couple of occasions we've contacted them to carry out some minor remedial work, which they have done straightaway without any quibbles. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
