Jonno and Ben fitted two bedroom windows over the last two days. We approved of all their work. They were courteous and professional and work was completed on time. Difficult brickwork was carefully managed and repaired and everywhere, inside and outside was left tidy. We would recommend stormclad and these fitters.

Very professional throughout, and responsive to communication. We had a front door fitted and they were able to tailor it to our needs, even added in an additional spy hole after fitting for us, with no issue. I was recommended the company from close friends that have had windows and doors completed. All high quality products and security is definitely a priority of theirs. There is no hard sale either, just a friendly approach from a company that's very knowledge.

Had a front and back french doors recently installed with them, very pleased with the service and quality of the product. Both doors look amazing and are a massive improvement to the house.

Andrzej was very kind and friendly but also extremely helpful and supportive and made sure that everything was sorted out and that I am happy with the doors and installation from start to finish. Any issues I had he made his priority to sort the out as soon as possible.

Jono and Ben made a great job installing my french doors and removing part of the wall. They were very professional and experienced, left everything beautifully and neatly finished, clean and properly sealed.

Had new door and side window. WOW, great quality, excellent fitters, Ben & Kyle. Had a guess at the price before a quote and they quoted £1000 less than I thought. The service, communication and professionalism of the company staff we encountered was 10/10

Even in a Covid world everything was done efficiently. Liaised with Dennis over email to save a visit for the initial paperwork, Simon came around for the measuring up and then once again (on request) we had Jono and Ben for the installation. Fitted in half the time quoted, fantastic attention to detail and exactly as we hoped for. Our second time using Stormclad and both experiences have been excellent.

Just had 3 windows replaced and they look great. Good experience from start to finish: knowledgeable and friendly designer ( Nic) and surveyor (Simon) and the fitters, Ben and Johnno were polite, honest, tidy, respectful, friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I would highly recommend them.

We used Stormclad for eleven flush sash windows, French doors, and composite front door on the recommendation of a tradesperson working at our property, and are very happy with the work. Everyone was thorough and took their time to go through the details of the job (Dennis in sales, Simon's survey, and Ben and Kyle when fitting) this has been a straight forward and positive experience with good communications from the company at all times. Everyone we dealt with is a credit to the company and a pleasure to have working at our home.

We've just had a new front door fitted this week and so pleased that we bought it from Stormclad!! We couldn't recommend them highly enough, their customer service and communication has been excellent from start to finish, very professional/faultless job done by the fitters and the door itself is amazing quality!! everything about it is really well-made with a premium finish. It's definitely made our house feel a lot more secure and it looks great both outside and inside, certainly transformed the look of our house as you approach it. Stormclad were very knowledgeable on their products, no sales pressure and we'll use them again for sure.

We wanted to replace our Conservatory Roof with Smart Glass. From start to finish everyone from Stormclad gave us great service. We are delighted with the results.
And, a day later, We came back from shopping in strong sunshine and YES, we could clearly notice that transmitted sun's heat was much less than that of the aged replaced polycarbonate sheet, and we noticed there was much less outside noise coming in, and we could not hear a raindrop in yesterday's shower. All that the Stormclad Salesman said proved true.

Today, we have had new doors and a window installed on our front porch and I cannot see any faults in our experience and service in any way. When the service began, both Jono and Ben were both extremely friendly, polite and ensured that they got the job finished as soon as possible. When they had completed the work, it was exactly how we planned the final look to be like. After finishing, Jono and Ben cleaned up afterwards and had explained how it all works which was clear. The overall service we had received was outstanding. 5/5.

We are really pleased with the conservatory refurbishment that Stormclad have recently completed for us. The new LivinRoof and flush sash windows in anthracite has transformed this room.
The Stormclad team kept us advised from planning to completion, and the installation team worked efficiently and very tidily in some challenging weather conditions. We certainly recommend Stormclad.

Having had a conservatory from Stormclad 2 years ago and being delighted with the whole process, we decided to go to them again for the purchase and installation of 2 external doors.
Once again everything was carried out in a very professional manner.
The installation was carried out by Jono and Ben, 2 very professional and competent fitters. The standard of their work is first class and we are delighted with the end product, they cleaned up on completion and everything was left clean and tidy.
We would definitely recommend Stormclad products and the fitting team of Jono and Ben.

We made a big mistake by choosing Stormclad for our Conservatory. It has leaked every year since we've had it done. A year ago they promised to pay for new flooring but never came to do the job either. It's been so stressful. A Conservatory is supposed to be a relaxing room/ space. But this is not as we always have to have the bucket ready in case it rains. If you chose this company it will be at your own risk and a waste of money!!!

02/02/21 You have not responded to the message I left on your voicemail about another leak from the Conservatory roof on friday left over the weekend, but you can respond to this Review on Trust pilot straight away!Shocking!

UPDATE: Storm clad Manager came out the following week and resealed roof.. again he appeared to do a thorough job as did the the worker that came out a few weeks before him. So waiting for a couple of down pours of rain to see if the Conservatory leaks. Will see how we go from here then will update again. Will upgrade to 2 stars now which will improve to more stars if the seal holds & the Conservatory remains dry as it should!!
