We had twelve windows and an external door replaced. A great service from sales through to installation and completion. We appreciated the soft selling approach and help given with selecting the right product. A flexible approach to planning the dates for fitting suited our needs.
John’O and Ben made a great job of carefully removing old frames and fitting the new ones. Very neat finishing and mastic work. Over the four day period they cleaned up and tidied at the end of each day. Post completion snagging was minimal and completed on time as agreed. We would not hesitate to recommend using Stormclad.

We have had Bifold doors fitted today. The whole experience has been first class. The fitters Jono and Ben were exceptional. Most professional service received throughout the project of new windows and doors for our home. The sales staff, surveyor and fitters were highly proficient , helpful and friendly.
The products are very good and already have improved the feel and security of our house.

John and his team have transformed our home into our dream house. The quality of work across all tiers of the project was outstanding. Not recommended! I had my conservatory roof converted from polycarbonate to the Ultra86 system offered by Stormclad. It was supposed to reduce glare, control extremes in temperature in summer and winter and self clean.
To date I have not noticed any difference in temperature extremes and the glare through the roof means I cannot sit comfortably in certain parts of the conservatory. As for self clean, no way.
When I approached the company with my complaints I had a visit from the company rep who said nothing except that that was what the Ultra86 was supposed to do!
I now have to consider more expense to either fit blinds or replace the roof again!

This is the second time that we have had work done by Stormclad and on both occassions they have delivered outstanding service and quality. This time they built a new conservatory. The quality of work is phenomenal and the customer service is second to none. Would thoroughly recommend to all. We will definetly make use of their services again in the future. Thank you John, Steve, Tony, Mark, Lee, Kev and Ollie for the amazing work - the conservatory has transformed our living space!

We are really happy with our glass & aluminium veranda that was fitted today.
Everyone we have dealt with from Stormclad has been brilliant.
John who dealt with our initial enquiry was quick to respond to emails, informative and extremely helpful.
Dennis who came out to help us with our options and design was very friendly and polite, he was honest and not pushy in any way and was happy to answer any questions even after he had left.
Simon the surveyor was punctual and professional and dealt well with my indecisiveness.
The team I spoke to on the phone when arranging installation were helpful and accommodating.
The installation team (Kev & Kev) were brilliant. They arrived nice and early and got to work straight away. They worked flat out and didn't even take a break. They were really friendly and polite, they did a brilliant job and left everything really neat and tidy.
We are really impressed with the company. We had several quotes done for a veranda and Stormclad were by far the best value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We will definitely be using them in the future for further home improvements.

Absolutely Brilliant service! Having ordered a new Conservatory from StormClad, I was very impressed with my purchase. Right from when Keith came to survey my home (where he made some excellent recommendations) through to the quality of build and craftsmanship from installation team, Mark and Leigh. The whole build took just over 3 days to complete where the attention to detail was superb! Thanks very much StormClad. One delighted customer! ;)

First class company, from survey to fitting Stormclad were lovely to deal with. Always available to talk to and superb quality. The fitting team were very, very good, extremely polite, particular to the finest detail and just a pleasure to have working here. I will never go anywhere else.

I contacted Stormclad by email at 9am to say that we could not lock our back door. Despite being on Covid-19 shutdown, they responded 30 mins later. The service engineer arrived at 11am and had fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He then left me a mobile number to phone if we had a further problem out of hours.

Very happy with the approach that Stormclad have in place from quotation to completion. Great quality from planning,building,fitting,plastering and electrical.
