This was the second time we have used Stormclad, first for our front door and then for windows. On both occasions the tradesmen Benjamin ( door ) then Jono and Ben (windows ) carried out a professional job. I was always in the loop as to what and where they would be working next so that i could take blinds down etc. They were all courteous, polite and have a great attention to detail in what they do. On both visits the first thing i saw was the dust sheets going down, and on exit the hoover was being used to finish the job off right. I would definitely recommend Stormclad.

We ordered a new Victorian conservatory, in November 219 to replace our existing 38 year old Victorian conservatory. You are always apprehensive of any company coming on to your property, who you have never employed before. We needn’t to have worried, the schedule was to remove the old, and replace with the new. Work was to start in January, in itself you worry about the weather at that time of year. No worry Mark and Lee turned up on time, and introduced themselves. Within a few hours the old conservatory was gone, and the ground was cleared ready for the new conservatory to be built.
In all the work took a week, we were lucky with the weather, and the two men who did the installation. These two guys never stopped working, they are a credit to Stormclad, we are now the proud owners of a wonderful glass roofed beautifully built conservatory. Thank you Stormclad for making the whole process from start to finish smooth.

From the very first meeting through to the installation the communication and quality of workmanship has been outstanding. An absolute pleasure to work with and more importantly just blown away how good the install and quality and time taken to ensure it looks and feels amazing.

Ben arrived on time and did an excellent job fitting a new back door. He was very tidy and professional. We are very pleased with the door and would highly recommend Stormclad to anyone.

Stormclad have just completed new Double Glazing. The work was done quickly, very professionally, with the minimum of disturbance.I have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Just had new windows fitted. All appointments were curtious and punctual.
Mick the fitter, who had previously built our conservatory and last year installed our daughters new windows, did a fantastic job. All completed and fully tidied in 2 days of freezing weather.

The quality and look of the finished products are always good.

Bad information from salesman up.

Panel faulty after 2months.

2 different surveyors/engineers only to be informed on the morning of the repair, 6 weeks from complaint, that job could not go ahead and wrong information on report.

No compensation available as apparently the definition of compensation is money list from not being able to work or losing holiday. When challenged I was told that this is just Stormclads definition!

Would never use them again or recommend them

We had a Carport fitted last year
Stormclad provided an excellent service from the first enquiry visit to the installation
The Carport is of modular construction and of excellent quality
I got other quotes and Stormclad proved to be very competitive

We used Stormclad to provide a replacement roof a year ago for a Coldseal conservatory installed in 1996. It was carried out promptly, efficiently and to a high quality standard. We've experienced no problems and the roof has breathed new life into the whole conservatory. An excellent, value for money job by Stormclad.

We chose Stormclad to supply and build a large glass roofed conservatory. Our first contact with Stormclad was their show space at Brooklands garden centre in Nottingham. The whole process was very smooth and professional. We required planning permission and were pleased that Stormclad took care of the whole process. Once planning was granted the whole process was very smooth and well planned. Stormclad did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Deliveries, workmen all arrived as promised and all were very professional and extremely helpful as were the office staff. The end product was exactly what we wanted, a well designed and built quality conservatory which we love. There were only two snags, a drip from the guttering and a broken door catch both of which were rectified very speedily by a Stormclad technician. We have no hesitation in recommending Stormclad for anyone considering a conservatory.

We contracted Stormclad to carry out our conservatory build and are really happy with the finished product, exactly what we expected and a smooth process to get there too.

Have had both a front door and window installed, both arched so difficult jobs. Both times the product quality has been fantastic and they have beaten other quotes I have received. Personally would recommend to anybody.

Signed a contract for a conservatory in December and paid a £2900 deposit. We were advised no planning permission was required. Following a survey it was discovered planning was needed and we were asked to pay another £500 for planning costs. The planning application came back in March with conditions attached. We didn’t like the changes enforced as this wasn’t what we agreed to when signing the contract so asked to cancel the contract. We were told we are only entitled to a £565.60 refund as the company have incurred sales, marketing and administration costs. We have lost £2834.40 through no fault of our own. We cannot have the specification we paid for and we cannot get our deposit back either. No materials have been ordered and we paid extra for the planning application. Had we have known this was the risk we were entering into when signing the contract we would never have paid over our deposit. We are either faced with paying for something we didn’t originally agree to or losing our money!
