I honestly do not understand why the rating here is so low. My experience with Storz & Bickel has been excellent.
I recently had an issue with my Venty device and contacted their support team. The process was incredibly smooth and professional. My return was approved quickly, and within 24 hours I received a brand new replacement Venty, which is honestly outstanding service.
Communication was clear, the team was helpful and responsive, and the whole process felt very professional and customer-focused. It’s rare these days to see a company handle warranty issues so efficiently.
From my experience, Storz & Bickel stands behind their products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I’m very happy with how everything was handled and I would definitely recommend them.

RMA my Mighty plus
RMA my Mighty plus sent a short video of the malfunction and instantly Storz and Bickel have despatched a new device. I was so pleased on how quick and efficient my problem was dealt with. I'm very happy with this company I strongly recommend.
Don't buy
This is a crap company that refuses to back their products. I bought a crafty+ less than 3 months ago only for it to quit working. So I contacted them to try to get it fixed and they want me to pay another 149.99$ to fix it. They said they used the receipt from the purchase order when it was bought by the vape store I bought the device from and that receipt was more then 2 yrs old so the warranty is void. It's not my fault it sat on a self for almost 2 yrs. I bought it 3 months ago. Anyway what a joke for the price these are crap with no customer service what so ever... I will never buy or recommend storz and bickle again...

Storz and Bickel are all about the MONEY .
I bought a Crafty and used it infrequently as a back up,the battery life was pitiful from the start.
It was still under warranty but S and B wanted €154 to repair it and refused to stand over their product.
DO NOT BUY A CRAFTY .
Top support, service and device
I had an issue with my Venty, and because it was on warranty I was seamlessly given one as a replacement. Everyone was so helpful. Top service. Really good device and good people.
Great service
My device had a really bad airflow, I had to sent my device for repairs which went very pleasently.
I opened a RMA, received a free return label almost immediately, returned my device and within a couple days i have received a completely new device.

I have used their products for over 7 yrs and have previously bought the mighty,mighty plus and now a venty,all 3 products have ended up having error codes.The first 2 mightys had ran out of warranty and they wanted £180 to fix them.Now my venty has shown a 004 error code that comes and goes.i went on the storz and bickel website and looked up error, it said stop using immediately and send it back to get fixed.i filled out the relevant form to return the venty only to recieve an email asking me to make a video of the fault code and serial no.The serial no is worn and can't be made out and as I explained the error comes and goes so can't supply a video that theve asked for.They are just making it awkward to avoid repairing it.shocking customer support 😉

I’m writing because I’m very disappointed with the current situation regarding my Mighty vaporizer, which I purchased about three and a half years ago.
One day, while charging, the display suddenly showed an “R” error, and since then the device has never worked properly. It heats up, but once it reaches around 180–190°C, it stops producing vapor and clearly doesn’t function as it should.
I contacted your service department and was told that the only option is to replace it for €298. However, this is not a real discount — I found the same price (€294) on MagicVapo, an authorized reseller. That means your “replacement offer” is not actually helping loyal customers.
I bought this device for around €270, and after only three and a half years, I don’t think it’s fair or correct that I should have to buy a completely new one. This feels like a product support issue, not normal wear and tear.
I also just purchased a new Volcano Hybrid for €450, and now I’m honestly worried that in three or three and a half years I’ll face the same problem — that there will be no spare parts or repair options available. Spending €500 on a product that can’t be repaired would be unacceptable.
Anyway i got a volcano when my mighty was broken and The quality of the volcano's material is not acceptable for the price paid, and the quality of the vapor is not as good as other vaporizers. I feel like I wasted my money. If I could go back, I wouldn’t buy it again.

The returns service can be slow and I understand people getting frustrated when the device they rely on has broken.
I have been using S&B devices for 10 years, in that time I have had 2 devices break, a mighty and a venty, both were replaced under warranty with no charge.

Dont buy VENTY
Dont buy VENTY. After 30hours i got E04 error.
After sending it back to producent in Germany, the
guarantee was rejected due to massive force i used.
Im very dissapointed about guarantee policy of Storz Bickel cause i didnt used any force. They offer me repair for about 300€.ofcourse i didnt do that so on i repaired it for myself ( one of the connectors of the lcd was unconnected so i push it and it worked - video of the repair is on youtube )
So STORZ AND BICKEL ARE THE WORST CHOICE OF VAPORIZATORS EVER. Dont make my mistake

I bought a crafty + it stopped working after 2 years and they want next to retail price to repair. I have a nighty it needed repair they’re have stopped repairing thirds and said I could trade it in for a mighty plus, but the mighty plus is more expensive than my local retailer and no money of for the trade. All repair shipping is expected to be paid by the customer. These guys have really went down hill. I used to sing their praises, but not any more.

Have had a mighty for a couple of months. Started getting intermittent Err 002 and Err 004 codes, so have RMAd the device.
The after sales service has been superb for me. Prompt, transparent and eventually got a mighty+ as a replacement.

The RMA process from Storz and Bickel is appalling.
My Venty has been problematic from the start - from short battery life to error 04 and now doing very starange things when charging including not charging fully. S and B have been horrible to deal with - just rubbish auto replies so far and forcing you to accept marketing and loyalty program sign ups before you can lodge an RMA - unacceptable to me.
All I want is for my device to work as it should.
I now have multiple ticket / job numbers from the company for my current issue. I am confused so I can only assume that internally for Storz Bickel it must be a shambles to see who is doing what and the status of any action being undertaken.

I struggled very badly with the automated responses and it took way too many attempts but finally got contact that was not click and paste or automated and the issue is resolved in full.

Not sure what issues people are having with returning their vaporiser. I bought the Venty and had the eo4 error, i began the RMA process and actually sent the device after accidentally skipping a step. Customer service were very helpful and understanding, i had a replacement unit in less than 2 weeks. Very impressed

I’ve owned almost every product from Storz & Bickel, but when my Venty developed a factory error (E04) still under warranty, I was denied support both by the manufacturer and the local distributor in Argentina. They asked for €385 for a repair. No solution after days. Very disappointing from a brand I trusted
