I'm really surprised at the negative…

I'm really surprised at the negative reviews on here, I've had great experiences with them. I've got a mighty plus and a venty (and an old volcano). The mighty and venty both developed faults over time (within the 3 year warranty). I submitted a ticket on their website (you need to make an account but you get extended warranties when you register your product) they quickly got back to me very quickly, asked for a video showing the fault and then instantly sent me a new vape that arrived within days (i didnt need to send my broken vape away, they've just sent a new 1!). New mighty has been going strong and my new venty is on its way. I have every confidence my vapes will last and the customer service was spot on. They are expensive but you do get a solid product and good support. My volcano has been going for a good 7+ years without fault.

Storz & Bickel fake warranty

After a short time my Storz & Bickel volcano stopped working. I purchased it from 'Planet of the Vapes'. I initially like the vaporizer but it stopped working after only a few months. It was under warranty so I went to their website and jumped through their hoops and finally after 2 weeks I got notice that I had to return the unit at my expense and the "charges" would be determined once they got the unit back. They sent me a defective unit then expected me to pay to ship it back to them with no guarantee that it was under warranty and a threat of being charged for any repair at their discretion and would probably have to pay the return postage as well. Some warranty. I have two friends who purchased this vaporizer on my recommendation and they had similar problem with the defective heating element. I decided that It was just not worth the effort and added expence and I purchased a different vaporizer from Utillian in Canada....a far better and more convenient vaporizer. The experience was very disappointing and I cannot recommend Storz Bikel. Don't believe their warranty promise.

Do not buy from this company, you will regret it if you have to deal with them.

Do not buy from this company, find another way, its not hard.
I have a fault and it is impossible to get it sorted. They only use a robot email service and you will never get anywhere or talk to a human, they will just send you round in circles even though your product is under warranty and try and get rid of you saying its solved when its most definitely not.
This company is obviously run by the most arrogant people ever and are 100% in favour of WWW.STUFFYOUI'mHIDINGBEHINDTHEINTERNET.COM
I think they are the founder member.
I would look for other products and seriously consider buying from a company like this. The original worked for about a year before battery died, I then bought the + which is more expensive and that has been problematic from day one but it was impossible to get any help from the manufacturer. Their new products are cheap junk with parts supplied by the lowest priced tenders.
Think carefully before spending your hard earned money with this company.

If you're into the taste of melted plastic, Storz & Bickel is a great choice.

bought a vaporizer for €300, it arrived defective and immediately gave off a strong burnt plastic smell when used. I sent it in for RMA/service, and they claimed to have tested it and found it "working fine." I asked what kind of testing they actually performed, no response.

All I got in return was generic corporate jargon: FDA compliant, ISO certified, etc. None of it matters when the device is clearly faulty and unusable.

Now I’m stuck with a €300 vaporizer I can’t use. If you want quality, honesty, and actual product safety, look elsewhere.
If you're into the taste of melted plastic, then by all means, Storz & Bickel is a great choice.

Dear Jurgen Bickel

Edited and updated review since posting 12/07/25: I received a new Storz & Bickel medically certified devices as an act of "goodwill". Based on this, I would not say that the shambolic processes and interactions recently experienced are intentional or as a direct consequence of intentional negligence.
However, since the Canopy's acquisition, compounded by the element customs' bureaucracy and inefficiency induced by Brexit, S&B seem to b struggling to maintain the level of service to the UK which was experienced in the past and a cornerstone of their brand.

Dear Jurgen Bickel, the customer service at your company is not what it used to be and is now bordering on malpractice. Vapormed was clinically prescribed to me, I purchased an RMA, sent the device in for repair due to a faulty battery and at my own expense, despite the device being under warranty: GBP 130 for the repair plus £30 DHL express fee.
- Firstly, S&B customer service department (or technical service... difficult to tell) denied receiving the payment despite:
1) providing evidence that money was taken from my bank account +

2) the invoice received

3) the payment received by the handler

Then they found the payment, apologised and sent a new device due to the returned one stuck in Leipzig due to a custom officer questioning the use of the device despite being written "medically certified inhaler".

The newly issued device was stuck in Frankfurt due to a missing invoice. Customer services were notified, and took the device back.

These kind of incompetence it seems to be the new standard at S&B: last year I sent a device for a repair and customer services sent a replacement with a shipping invoice reflecting the fee of a new device (>€300) instead of the applicable repair (€150).
This has caused notable inconvenience, I am extremely disappointed how the company operates nowadays and, as such, I expect a full refund or a new device to be dispatched.
My time squandered by interacting with S&B customer services equates approximately GBP 200, so I am curious how you are going to keep long term customers happy: S&B is no longer the sole player in the world.

I placed an order and received no…

I placed an order and received no updates for 9 days. After getting no response, I requested a cancellation—only for the order to be shipped anyway, completely ignoring my request. Multiple attempts to contact customer service were met with silence.

This level of disregard and lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering again

A*shole company like apple

A*shole company like apple. Not content with hugely over charging for cheaply made plastic devices, if you damage it they will ask for the retail price for a repair, forcing you to basically buy a new one. Their devices work very well which is the frustrating part as I feel like I'm forced to buy this German toss pot organisations products regardless.

Amazing service

Amazing service I must admit when I have had a problem with one or other of their products they quickly resolved the ptobl. Efficiency and service of the highest standard. The website is a bit tricky but after a short bit I generated an rma probably my fault. Only can highly recommend them.

I bought a mighty medic +/ Scammers

I bought a mighty medic +, it then broke with a err004 code, I registered the product and initiated a warranty claim, they said they would give me a refund and asked for my bank details, they then said they would replace the unit. 1 months later not replaced, no refund and money has been withdrawn from my account. This company are thieves and scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Fantastic service

I was very happy with my Mighty+. It's an expensive piece of equipment and therefore I cleaned it quite often, exactly like their own video suggests.
Unfortunately, after one year I got an error message (Err02). I send back the machine, hoping I didn't do anything wrong. They send me a complete new piece! With new accessoires and all! Absolutely fantastic service. Thanks very much, S&B!!

A typical German company that cheats its customers, the device I bought from them does not work properly, I sent the device back for complaint and the problem is still the same. Do not buy German products because they are not the same products anymore, a Chinese product with a German price

If you’re a millionaire 10 times over and want to chance it go ahead but you’re gonna lose your money

If you wanna throw out at least $240 out of the window, go ahead but don’t trust this company. They are malicious. They lie saying that you should initiate an RMA and then they say it’s your fault when they lock you out of their site .
I proved that they locked me out. I brought my computer to a trusted friend who owns many franchise that fixes phones and computers.
They will lock you out and say it’s your fault then your warranty will pass.
They used to make good stuff but not anymore. It’s all defective. They used to be like Mercedes-Benz *Now they’re like a 20 old pinto.
I learned my lesson then bought another brand. There are plenty of vapes out there. You can even buy a great vape for 50 bucks but if you wanna spend more, don’t buy anything from STORZ & BICKEL America, even if it’s from a site, make sure it’s not made by STORZ & BICKEL!!!!

One of the best companies I ever dealt…

One of the best companies I ever dealt with. Their devices are great.

I had an error code come up on my Mighty, still under warranty.
Initiated an RMA. Accepted within 20 mins with video proof.

They sent me an upgraded version the Mighty + and I revieved it from Germany to UK in less than 24 hours.
Advised me to dispose the old one.

Great customer service. Thank you

Manufacturing faulty unit and no responsability for it!!

They replaced my faulty Crafty with another faulty unit and now refuse to replace it because it´s not on warranty! Very disapointting customer services, I have 3 vapes from them, 2 are broken, they loosing a lot of credibility nowadays, just holding on to an aged concept vapes whilst the competition is bringging new improved and a lot more "good looking" vapes.

Nobody is perfect

Nobody is perfect, but this Company comes close. Their devices are the very best you can get. My Mighty + is the best Vapor on the market. The Customer Service is a JOY. Whilst the process of claiming on warranty is a little cumbersome, the response is just outstanding. Like all of us, I have spent many years chasing the perfect way to enjoy a VAPE. With the arrival of the Mighty - They have achieved near perfection. Cannot recommend highly enough.

STORZ & BICKEL NOW SELLING DEFECTIVE ITEMS! NOT HONORING WARRANTY!

about 10 yrs ago they were making products that lasted. I bought a product for $220 which broke after 7 months.. they gave me another after tons of frustration initiating an RMA.. The replacement broke after 2 months...
9 months total for $220 are you kidding? after I kept on and on for about 4 weeks of proving to them that i could not initiate an RMA.. they wrote back FINALLY telling me that it was on my end.. I went to a computer pro repair place that i used to work for. I was LOCKED OUT OF STORZ & BICKEL SITE!
SHOP LOCAL , TONS OF OTHER BRANDS THAT WILL HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH HAVING TO INITIATE AN RMA WHICH AND IM NOT KIDDING, TOOK 3 WEEKS TO DO AFTR THE FIRST CRAFTY PLUS BROKE...

my Venty broke after 300 hours use. I’d forgotten to register the warranty. I couldn’t even remember where i purchased it from originally. I basically didn’t have a leg to stand on. I phoned up the company directly in Germany. (I live in U.K.) I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve ever received. they helped me track delivery to where and when I purchased the original unit (Venty) from. they helped me register an extended 3 years warranty. 1 week later, here I am.. they reimbursed me with a brand new Venty! it just arrived, free of all charges. I feel blessed. I thought the least I can do is write a positive review. I know this company will look after me. as a medical user, I really appreciate it. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to be a loyal customer for my lifetime. I wish Storz & Bickel great future success!

Don't Buy!!


I ordered my Crafty+ Vaporizer for from the Storz & Bickel official website on 04/15/2025. When I ordered (via iPhone/safari) they give you the choice of either creating an account or checking out as a guest, and I ordered it without signing up for an account. BIG MISTAKE!! I didn't put in my email or anything and didn't receive any confirmation number or information. I did see the charge on my credit card however for $230.70 and have received nothing for it. Their customer service is non-existent. I tried multiple emails, their phone number just brings you to an automated system. I even tried messaging them on instagram- nothing. They basically just stole from me. Hopefully, someone reads this review before buying from this place and spends their money more wisely than I did.
