Best company in the game
There is a guy telling the truth down below, the guy who rate this company 5 star like me. I just also got e04 after 380hours use and it took 1 day for them to deliver it to me after me reaching out about the error. Dont believe these 1 star or 2 star or 3 star this is 100% 5 star work. Wow, what a customer service.
Spent some time reading reviews here and I'm actually quite shocked with some comments.
I was, unfortunately, one of the Venty owners that hit E04 errors, messaged support at 9pm, got a response by 7am (which in itself is amazing if compared to other companies), by 9:30am I got an email that replacement device is on the way. If this isn't called efficiency I don't know what is.
If you take proper care of your device, clean it after each use with the brush, and change the filters the device will last you a lifetime, unfortunately, I was unlucky to get a defective version but the service received makes up for this 100%.
When you pay for a device that amount of money, this is exactly the type of customer service I love to receive.
Absolutely Shocking
Had Venty since January, the bowl seal inside has disintegrated and rusted, they have denied it with picture proof and said they assume it's 'residue from flower' but it's not as i compared it next to my partners and my bowl is completely messed up! They have put my RMA as resolved and will ignore my messages clearly. A £320 device that last for 3 months with no customer service and trying to avoid responsibility.

I was excited to try storz & bickel’s Crafty, and while it seemed to be of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired when wanting to place an order for another product. Their policy of not awarding reward points for purchases made while ‘not being logged in’ is not only bad business but also frustrating for loyal customers. Instead of working with me to find a fair solution, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. A company that values its customers should have policies that prioritize fairness and customer satisfaction, not rigid rules that penalize honest mistakes. Unfortunately, this experience has made me wonder—if they are so dismissive of my interests as a customer, how will they respond if a product fails or another issue arises? There is no one to speak with, just a robotic email response indicating that ‘my issue has been resolved’ when in fact it very much was not.

My mighty had an issue with the display. Emailed them yesterday with a video and they’ve dispatched a might+ at no cost. Absolutely smashed customer service. Heard many many similar stories too. Don’t be fooled by bad reviews, this is a quality product with quality aftercare.

Storz & Bickel changed my way of appreciating my meds for the better. I have a lot of devices from a ball vape to a little inexpensive dry herb vape, and with good confidence I can say if you’re a medical card patient, or just appreciate a great session, then you need to try any of the devices that S&B makes. I wish I tried Storz’s & Bickel products sooner. I started with a Venty and I enjoyed it so much that I bought a Might plus, and a Volcano Hybrid. These devices give you a different experience and it’s all positive, you can really feel the clouds in your mouth and it tastes so clean, it’s just amazing. I don’t understand the negativity on some of the reviews. I made my Venty purchase knowing that there was an issue with the E04 in the past. I took that chance knowing that if there was an issue S & B will take care of it through the warranty. You are buying a high end product from a great company. I know that everyone would love a perfect experience but unfortunately things happen and S & B is making good by it, they give you a great warranty. New phones come out every year and you always hear of issues. I registered my Venty and after a few weeks I sent an email because I hadn’t heard back about the registration going through and they responded back in a couple days that it was taken care of. I have nothing but good things to say about S & B.

The best company out there
The best company out there, i have no idea why there are these bad reviews lol, had my mighty for 6 years using it every day still going strong, any problem with any of my devices and i either send it back and they send me a brand new one or I dont have to send it back and they send a new one. The people talking about heating plastic and blah blah blah are the same people happy to smoke a joint... Someone mentioned it takes their mighty + 5 hours to charge, maybe use a 45w charger instead of a 0.5watt lamp charger. the vapes will maybe error but they sort it out so quick and efficiently and never mess you about.
I won't be buying their overrated
I won't be buying their overrated, overpriced device. I wanted to check if they resolved the ongoing problem with error 04 on the Venty devices and also wanted to find out what kind of plastic is used to manufacture the device(I'm sceptical about heating up the plastic) but they were not interested in replying to a simple question prior to purchase. Now after seeing the company's score on trust pilot I'm sure I don't want to buy from them.
Storz & Bickel, buyer beware
I was initially told by Storz & Bickel support that I could return my Crafty for needed repairs. Upon trying to submit for repairs, I was then advised there are no repairs for the Crafty, only a $200 "Upgrade" option to a Crafty+.
I paid their extortion fee, then their webpage froze. I presume my order went through as I certainly got billed; but zero other information came through about what else I'm supposed to do on my end. Did I need to return my old Crafty? If so am I supposed to return it before I receive the replacement, or after? Was there any other benefit to returning my $300 device with a newly malfunctioning power button aside from $50 off another overpriced piece?
I was previously very pleased with the engineering and craftsmanship of my Crafty; because it appeared to be designed in such a way as to easily facilitate repairs, thereby supposedly minimizing waste and offering value to the exceptionally EXPENSIVE OVERPRICED device.
I cannot tell you how grossly disappointed I am to discover that NONE of that was the case, and that despite appearances Storz & Bickel is yet another environmentally unsustainable, gimmicky, customer unfriendly company. They talk a big game about their device design and warranty process, but in reality that's all it is, lip service to draw the sucker's in.
Y'all had the chance to be great, a real fighter in the market for German reliability, quality and sustainability. Instead you went with the American flash in the pan route of being just another overpriced, disposable, hunk of junk that'll wind up clogging our landfills.
I guarantee that after learning the truth about them through this experience, I will never recommend their products to any of my friends and family again; and will suggest against further stocking of their products in both my local and online shops. Especially when there's cheaper Chinese knockoffs that will fill that same disposable niche of leaking battery acid and non biodegradable materials into our landfills at a fraction of the cost.
Wow!
Wow! Customer service as it should be. My Venty developed an E04 error after 8 months of use. They asked for a short video of me switching it on and pressing some buttons to show the more indepth error codes. Next day a brand new replacement was on its way to me. Also like to say that the Venty is the best portable vape that I have tried so far. It is only surpassed by a friends Volcano with balloon.

The best you can get for dry herb…
The best you can get for dry herb vaporisers with wonderful Customer support.
Fantastic products, well built and gives the best vapour from herbs, the After Vape Bud (AVB) is a lovely deep brown color and this proves you have extracted all the herb goodness. Keep in mind you can still use your AVB.
I own the Volcano classic and the Mighty+ and I will soon purchase their crafty+ to add to the collection.
The Volcano classic is a solid build and you hear people still using theirs 10+ years later with continuous daily use.
The Mighty+ is the best dry herb vaporizer i have used, the ceramic chamber is very easy to keep clean and used with dosing capsules (what i do) keeps the vaporizer in pristine condition.
German built and made to last, what more can I say.
Good devices, good customer service, battery is hit and miss
To be honest their products in my opinion are 2nd to none. That being said, i have had 3 separate issues with 3 products regarding the battery. The first 2 I hadn’t registered the device so just lost my money but the 3rd I did. The customer service and RMA service was actually great, really fast delivery! In my experience, the volcano is the best desktop vape, the mighty is the most reliable but for best experience the venty takes the lead for portable. The crafty was really good for its size and portability but the battery was terrible, broke really fast. If it wasn’t for the battery issues it would be an easy 5 stars.
Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve had crafty and mighty and both were great, then moved up to the Venty and it’s amazing. I had an error course come up and sent an email over to s&b for repair. They asked for a quick video of the fault code and serial number off the back and then the next thing I new, they were sending me a new one, it landed on the door step the end of the next day.
Blown away with the service.

I have owned two of these Venti’s now either of them have lasted more than two months. An error of E04 comes up. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your money on this product. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Venty bricked
Venty bricked, support asking for more and more videos once a month.
I have Crafty, Venty, and Volcano. All until Venty was good. They even replaced a broken Crafty that I couldn't charge.
But now with "BRAND NEW VENTY," which stopped working after a couple of uses, and from July, I have tried to get support, and they only ask for more videos.
It is so stupid and upset that you pay 490 euros and get nothing. It feels like a scam. I am moving to another brand.
Upd: gave 5 star, cause in the end support sent new venty instead of broken one

I've been using Storz & Bickel products since I bought a Crafty and moved on to the Mighty and then the Venty. The Venty is hands down the best performing vape I've ever used (I've tried many!) But after 10 months I had an Error04 come up. Storz & Bickel paid to ship it back to Germany and then supplied a brand new unit, all inside of a week. Customer service 101 right there, hard to know what everyone else is whining about. Highly recommended.
