Charged twice

Long story short, bought a venty plus some accessories directly from their website on 1st Oct. After 2 days without an email confirmation i tried to contact them, it took a while but they said my purchase was automatically canceled that i had to make the purchase again. I could see in my bank account the money was on hold and they didnt claim it. So i made the purchase again, got the confirmation, after a week or so the venty arrived and eventually the unclaimed money turned back into my account. Now last friday (26 Oct) woke up to less 500€ in the account and started panicking. After talking to my bank they said that the money i was missing was claimed by storz and it was a common practice for companies to do so, so the bank washed their hand off it. As of today(30 Oct) after i tried to emailed them again a couple times I still got no answer whatsoever and had to take money out of the savings so that the bank doesn’t penalize my account for having negative balance. I still can’t understand why i got the unclaimed money back, and then after 2 weeks it just disappeared. The weird thing is that the venty plus the accessories that i ordered and top quality. Im amazed by it. But defensively not worth if you have to pay twice for it.

Supposedly the product is good (I haven't tried it yet after struggling for weeks to get a successful delivery). But, the customer service is very bad. They emit a palpable "No F***s Are Given" attitude. I would not trust these people with anything and will not be able to order from them again in the future.

Worst customer…

Great product but the worst customer service I have encountered since the early 90s. Completely ignorant to emails and only responded once on social media dms after complaining about no email response after 2 days. When they did respond it was curt and completely unhelpful to hidden delivery charges that where not announced on their website specified for uk customers to pay a £74 duty tax. Then it's back to being ignored. Let's face it. I am not their first uk customer in the last 4 years so why aren't we warned specifically about this charge and then ignored. I will never buy a product of theirs again just through principal.

Useless

Useless. the whole experience has been nothing but disappointment upon disappointment. Bought a crafty plus. After a stupidly complicated online app I managed to change the temp settings. ( why is this not a manually changeable feature like all others?) also this app is not and app like you would find on the app or play stores… upon venturing out with fully charged device I decided to use it. It began to heat and flash red but after only a few short minutes it turned off.. I went to try again and same thing. Took it to the store and was told “yeah these things happens” and was told to go directly to yourselves. Which has lead to me talking to AI for an hour and getting nowhere. Please can a replacement product be issued as I spent hundreds on a product I can’t use… and can’t get the local shop to refund.

Poor all

I have bought a Crafty+ and after 4 months of use its orange botton stopped working, support of SB start bouncing me with reseller "planet of the vapes", then reseller stopped receiving emails from me with attachments and links to video of mulfunction unit. This company is unreliable partner and does not respect clients, their support is unreliable as well, their partners unreliable as well, do not give them your money, buy cheaper china vapes at least they do the job. I am very unsatisfied of the product and post sale service. You do not have to promote made in germany like Mercedec Benz do.

Absolutely exceptional RMA service

Absolutely exceptional RMA service, my mighty had been giving error codes so I sent it in under warranty which cost me nothing and a week later I have a brand new one as they couldn't fix the old one, I'm fed up of seeing the mixed reviews, they don't deserve the bad ones. Cheers to all at S&B, you've made a customer very happy.

Customer service leaves a lot to be…

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Sure the products are well made, but be careful and read the fine print because if you’re ordering and it goes through customs, be prepared to be hit with some extra charges.....and even for long standing customers, they do nothing about this. I was charged almost the total value of my order! When I reached out to them, I got a response (after 5 days) that basically it was my fault and they can’t do anything to help....oh and have a nice day! Yeah, thanks....save yourself some money and shop local.

Have had my mighty+ for 3 years and then it broke

Have had my mighty+ for 3 years, it had been working perfectly until it developed a crack in the ceramic and started gettinf er004 so it had to be returned, luckily it was still under warrenty was a bit of a mix up in customs but after they recieved it I got an email a few hours later saying they were sending me a brand new mighty+, sometimes they don't reply on their website but if there's a problem they will. They really are a great company and I couldn't be without my mighty+ and I'm very happy I have received a new one. Thank you!

Faulty Goods & poor customer service.

Faulty goods which was obviously not 'new' with several previous error codes. Took ages to return (UPS), get repaired (not replaced) and returned. Poor customer service and unanswered questions. No apology or any offer of small compensation.

I bought the Crafty and was so excited…

I bought the Crafty and was so excited and made a big investment as I want to give up combustion smoking. Apparently, is the best in the market.

I have searched the best ways to use it and tried everything, but I can only get 2-3 puff of a full dosis, very thin smoke comes out, and after 3 puffs is finished.

You need to give such big and deep puffs that it seems like a big effort for the lungs, completely unnatural smoking.

It is all plastic based and seems done with a terrible quality, and the price is totally out of order for the quality of the materials and results.

It takes ages to charge and it last around 1 hour max. Really this item should cost less than half of the price.

They used to be the best

They used to be the best.

I bought a Venty in December and within 2 months it bricked. They processed a return normally. Now after another 3 months the new one died. They refuse to return and tell me to just wait, there is a future update that will fix it. It doesn't make any sense and it's already been 2 weeks. What are they doing? Anti consumer company resting on the reputation it earned in the past. Terrible people today.

Amazing experience and amazing product

Amazing! I actually feel like they care about me and the product. You can open an RMA if there’s an issue with your product and they see it asap, i’m in the uk and i sent the mighty + free of charge to germany and they sent me a replacement model which was also the upgraded newest model and came with accessories and they also sent a new fast charger as my product initially had charging issues which lead to me having to bend the wire till it broke.

Amazing customer service, and i don’t usually have anything good to say about big companies! I’m very happy as you can tell haha. I was treated fairly with extra’s (accesories) and the replacements were sent very fast. I vape medical marijuana for my cptsd so this stuff is incredibly important for my day to day life.

Recently bought a Crafty+ and overall…

Recently bought a Crafty+ and overall it's excellent; draws freely and produces some lovely big clouds (albeit not for very long between charges). Also survived a drop onto laminate flooring from about waste height which was impressive (pity they don't do a silicone case).

But I really wish they'd add a function in the app to change the way the LED flickers on/off in Boost mode. The constant on/off flashing is like having an alarm going off in your field of vision the whole time your using it on either of the higher temperature settings. A constant on or off with the odd flicker (or better still some sort of occasional, slow dim) could just as well indicate different modes, etc but would be so much nicer to sit with.

Again, great vape but with a really annoying (and completely avoidable) flaw. Hopefully they can fix it in a future app update, if not i'll have get the leccy tape out.

Overall a good experience

Had a few issues with one of their units but the customer service team dealt with it well. They were responsive and issued a replacement unit under the warranty. Thanks S&B - a good experience means I will remain a customer for years to come.
