Ordered a few parts online for my stove … no confirmation email or tracking parcel as to when it would be here. Sent email for confirmation to ordered placed .. no reply
Rang over several days to finally getting an answer… after a month my order was sitting there apparently waiting to be picked up … took another week from phone call

Order arrived I just new after phone call it wasn’t right, rang got a very abrupt man whom tried to say it was right when clearly I could see it wasn’t … let on he couldn’t make me out … rang again the next day got the woman this time , she was going to look for the right one and ring back , still waiting for that after a week
Even with that your parts are already lost 10% off for return even though they sent the wrong ones to begin with and not any fault of ours

Not a good company to deal with
My opinion stay clear of this company they are clearly looking rid of stuff and making money on returns that are deliberately sent wrongly

Over £100 pounds wasted learnt my lesson

Placed an order for a replacement part, and order confirmed, and then nothing! Emailed constantly that were not replied to, telephoned numerous times that were never answered. Not a company to deal with or trust.
