i got my translation done but epic didnot accept it since the translator has not signed nor certified it. also the translation is not on the translator's letterhead. waste of my money on such an unorganized organization

I have checked your job and I can see that you had requested a certified translation for ECFMG/EPIC.
We have sent you the final certified version within the deadline.
Our services are recommended by ECFMG/EPIC and our translations will not be declined by EPIC.
We send our clients a draft version of the document prior to sending the final certified copy on our letterhead. Perhaps you submitted the draft version to EPIC and not the final version?
