Bought a car from here just over a month ago, car came without a manual, half valeted and a chip in the windscreen. Been chasing for weeks about repairing the windscreen and it took weeks after for just a manual to be collected. Awful after service and will not be recommending or coming back here again. Just because I'm not on a finance deal with all the perks, I'm being discrimated against.

Took my car in for an 8:15 am MOT appointment and it wasn’t completed until gone 1300 hours. I was told during my wait that it was a drop and go appointment and that they would contact me when complete. At no point prior to my appointment was I informed of this and it made no mention of it on the booking confirmation email. When I eventually got my car back it was covered in dirty splashes, the seat had been adjusted, even the lumber and side supports, which I suggest anyone would only do if driving the car. I phoned Audi to complain and was told no one had driven the car off site but I wasn’t convinced. No explanation could be given for the seat adjustments. My car should have been returned exactly as I had left it!!

⭐ One Star - Absolutely Appalling Service
Bolton Audi have had my car since 12th June — nearly two months now. It was sent to them by another garage to carry out engine checks following it being recovered as a stolen vehicle (which should have been straightforward).
I am disabled and rely on my car, and this ongoing delay is severely impacting my daily life. Despite myself, my insurance company, the referring garage, and even an external insurance intermediary calling daily for updates, we have received no real communication.
No one can get through to the service team. Every time you call, you’re told they can’t put you through or give any meaningful update. It’s as though my car has fallen into a black hole.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company — not just in the motor trade. If you value your time, your health, or even basic respect, avoid Bolton Audi at all costs.

My car was all sorted as expected via is routine service. I experienced no pushy sales, was provided with a full health check, the staff were friendly, and overall I was happy with the service from audi. The car looked great when returned too as it was washed and vacuumed.

DON’T USE IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL (like a healthcare professional or clinician) OR IF YOU ARE A UK TAXPAYER
I have endured poor service from Audi Jardine and Stratstone over the past three years, far worse than anything I experienced at Nissan or BMW dealerships in Bolton. This isn’t a mere inconvenience. It’s a systemic failure that has the risk of harming my NHS patients and burdens UK taxpayers. Every time I’ve booked a service or MOT well in advance, sometimes months ahead, and been promised a courtesy vehicle, I arrive on the appointed day only to be told, astonishingly, that they’ve “run out of cars.” A dealership that sells cars, yet cannot guarantee even one loaner? It betrays both their customers and the public interest.
Since taking delivery of a brand-new Audi in 2022, under an explicit agreement that a courtesy vehicle would be provided for every service and MOT, Audi Jardine/Stratstone have failed me at every turn. I’ve booked services months in advance. my MOT was due beginning of July, so I arranged the appointment at the beginning of May. On MOT day, I dropped my children at school, already booked unpaid leave, and cleared morning clinic, only to be told upon arrival that there were no vehicles left. They might as well have been selling ice creams in winter; the result is the same level of absurdity.
Each missed courtesy car forces me to cancel half a day’s appointments at my practice. My secretaries and the NHS Integrated Care Board (Greater Manchester) are repeatedly notified; patient treatments are delayed or rerouted to alternative providers. High-risk patients sometimes require urgent locums or the redeployment of other clinicians, increasing NHS staffing costs and prolonging the backlog Audi’s incompetence helps to create. I cannot simply pop out of clinic: I have patients booked in weeks, even months ahead. When Audi fails, it is my practice that pays the price, both financially, through locum hire and inefficiencies, and clinically, through delayed care.
This has happened multiple times despite formal complaints made after the second incident. Audi assured me improvements would follow. Yet here we are on incident number three, with the same feeble excuse: “Sorry, no vehicles left.” Their indifference is staggering. On previous occasions, they even handed me parts, puddle lights, for example, in my own hands at delivery, expecting me to “fit” them myself. Is it my job to assemble the car? Absolutely unprofessional.
You may think a simple taxi hire would solve this, but the whole point of booking in advance with Audi was to avoid unreliable, ad hoc transport, transport that could let down patients at short notice or leave me stranded mid-clinic. Unlike Toyota, which my wife uses for her NHS 111 Urgent Care role without fail, Audi cannot honor a straightforward courtesy-car agreement. I’m not on a consultant’s salary; my time and commitments must be respected. Bookings are made in good faith, and I expect Audi to fulfill their side of the contract.
To Audi: you are failing your customers and the wider community. Under MOT regulations, the legal responsibility is mine, the driver, but in reality the penalty for your operational failures lands squarely on me, penalty points, fines, lost earnings, distressed patients, and increased costs to UK taxpayers. I will be boycotting Audi from now on and sharing this review with local media. When will Audi reconsider its policies and demonstrate genuine regard for professional customers whose patients depend on their reliability? My experience leaves me with no confidence that your dealership values anything more than short-term profit over professional integrity and public wellbeing. This is the first, and last time I will ever purchase an Audi.

Poor all around.
Car went in for serving. Had to wait 25 minutes in the morning because the service advisor was late. I asked if I could just drop off the key and leave, which was denied. When the service advisor showed up, they wanted a digital signature on a tablet. Love to wait just for that!
In the evening then the car wasn't ready. Audi Bolton called and we agreed on a timeframe by noon the next day. Noon came and went and nothing. I called in and unfortunately the service advisor was unable to be found and nobody else knew. They therefore left the service advisor a message to call me back.
A few hours later I got a text informing me that they'd just left a voicemail and that I can pick up the car now. I have my voicemail disabled intentionally, so that is impossible and the service advisor also knew that I would be unavailable to pick up the car then, as this is why it should have been ready by noon. I had to call in a second time and schedule a new slot for pickup. Pickup then was okay, they just handed over the keys.
Overall, would not recommend. Late twice, made wait and poor communication for a premium price.

Used this Audi centre twice—both times awful. First, a glow plug change led to the warning light returning in a week—told it wasn’t their fault. Fixed it elsewhere.
Second visit: car had a starting issue. Took a week to replace a battery with no updates. When I picked it up, the bonnet release was broken and rolling around the footwell!
Complained—ignored for 2 weeks. Only got a response after going through Audi Customer Services. They offered compensation, but I just wanted accountability.
To top it off, I recently asked for a simple quote, was told they’d call me back. Next day, they tried to book my car into Halesowen (Birmingham!)—I live in Manchester! Completely unbelievable.
Also had pricing issues in the past—quotes changed on pickup, only honoured when I showed proof. Absolutely no consistency or care in customer service.

No care in the world for their customer.
Took me three occasions to get a routine job done and they couldn’t care less about my inconvenience.
I will never buy an Audi again.

I’ve had a central locking issue with my Audi A6 for over a year. Despite multiple visits and supposed repairs, the problem remains unresolved. My service booking made in March was confirmed for May, only to be cancelled last minute due to no courtesy car—despite nearly 2 months’ notice.
Rebooked for July, meaning I miss my annual service this month. Audi UK’s Executive Office got involved, but even they are now being ignored by Bolton Audi. It's a shame — I’ve been repeatedly ghosted, first by local staff, then by their own customer relations. Now taking my car to Halfords just to get it serviced on time.
This is not the premium service one expects from Audi. After this experience, I’ll never consider buying an Audi again. There’s clearly a pattern here—just look at the other recent reviews.

Invoice got paid twice. Has been 4 weeks despite 10 phone calls money has still not been returned. No communication from the dealership. For a main dealer it is very disappointing to delay and not communicate
