done satisfactorily. My only quibble was the quality of the final "Valeting". Suggest they use clean water or change the sponges.

Within my ownership I have had 2 services and 1 mot at Audi Manchester
1st service took 2 visits for them to achieve.
2nd service to 3 visits for them to achieve.
MOT, after 4 days of holding my car they couldn’t do it. Took it elsewhere and it was done in 35mins.
Avoid!!!

Absolute shocking service from audi never would i get another car or recommend them to anybody bought a car in October kept having problems with it they said they would book it and get it sorted everytime it comes to the day they would push it back and say the part hasn't come from Germany yet, Then once the engine management light came on they was straight onto it took the car off me for 2weeks apparently fixed it yet the problem is still there now one again they just keep pushing me away and blaming it on tyres now when it's nothing to do with my tyres

Top notch service
I love Manchester Audi - it makes what is a pain of a job (car service) really quite pleasant as you can drink coffee in the warmth and do some work on the WiFi. You can also check out some of the cars in the showroom and generally have a pleasant time. Staff make this place great - welcoming, friendly and attentive, shout out to Kieran Wright for his brilliant customer service. Easy 5 stars to give.
