Waste of my money took my a5 in to get fix even spoke to a technician and show him wot i would like to be looked at and all they did was a engine update witch neva needed lost out on 444 pounds and no1 was willing to help there was no communication i had to ring in all the time and lost out 4 days of work and lost my job as they couldn't fix my car

Warm reception amazing staff
Have to say Michelle on reception was phenomenal , warm welcome friendly nature , listened to exactly what I was after and understood, offered drinks and a comfy couch, cdnt stay to see cars as it was super busy but definitely will go back based on first impressions.

No interest in trying to fix your car under warranty, will diagnose it as something else to avoid doing the job
They take forever getting back to you
Kept my car for 2 months still with the same issue.

Customer service at MK Audi is…far from the standard I would expect for a premium car brand
Customer service at MK Audi is non-existent.
I have brought 2 cars from this dealership. both times they have tried to over charge me for maintenance/services.
When being told what the charges for the work they will inflate the price and hope you don't query the cost. a £1600 cost as if by magic became £1200 when I suggested it seemed excessive, and very recently a brake fluid change was quoted £145, again I queried the cost and within seconds the price became £84. I am still awaiting a call from the service manager to discuss why this seems to be common practice. 1 week and still no call.

Only grumble was the litter left in the courtesy car. I think the empty wrappers and empty pop bottle belonged to someone in the MK Audi Sales department!

As the many months tick by, there is still zero customer service at Starstone Milton Keynes.
Even Stratstone HQ can't get a response from them. Meanwhile, the Audi Q5 still has major faults.

Wow what service we received yesterday
Wow what service we received yesterday! We had popped in to book our TT in for a service only to find that our MOT had run out, obviously we were visible upset about this as we had not been notified ( cars first MOT since purchase) but we had nothing to worry about Faith on the service team was amazing, before we knew it we were sat having a coffee while our car was MOT’d! Faith had been to the service guys to ask if any of them would stay and MoT the car as it was home time for them, I believe it was D. P. Edwards who stepped up and got it done for us . Thank you so much Faith, D.P Edwards ( sorry got the name from MOT certificate) absolutely brilliant customer service, we are so grateful. Also thank you to the lovely lady on the desk next to Faith who was also helpful ( sorry didn’t get your name) We will definitely recommend.
