Was promised a wash & vac this is the second occasion it was not carried out, also was told they would be doing a health check to see if all fluids are topped up with washers fluid not even being looked at

Staff are always really helpful, work done on time and communication good.
The only hiccup was that the showroom was not open on time when I turned up at 8.

Statstone Oldham Audi are a joke when it comes to customer care, i have emailed the sales executive, the head of business And the customer relations manager at Audi UK, not one of them has bothered to reply to my concern with a faulty approved used car they have sold me, they aren’t bothered once they have your money.

Very poor customer service at Oldham Audi. When calling in, it is close to impossible to manage to speak to someone from the service/ workshop department. After multiple attempts, they would never return my call despite Main Reception emailing them to call me back multiple times. In order to speak to anyone from the workshop, I would have to physically come in.
Having spent £1770 with them for an alternator replacement recently for my Audi A8, they did not charge me for diagnosis.
I went back to them again a few weeks later for a different issue as I needed my car’s front camera replacing. At first they agreed to do it and they said they would only charge me 1 hour labour + the cost of parts. The next day when I came in, I was taken straight to the manager and not the colleague who I had been dealing with. I asked for a proforma invoice and the manager advised they do not provide proforma invoices. I felt it was quite unprofessional for a main Audi dealership to not provide proforma invoices. I had come to book the car in. However the manager advised that this time they would charge for diagnosis and that previously they had done me a favour by not charging me for this. But for something as simple as a camera replacement, it was clear the camera is not working and performing diagnosis would just add unnecessary cost. I would have expected them to honour what they had initially promised and not find ways to charge me more. Being a loyal customer and having recently spent £1770 with them I would have expected consistency. However this was not the case.
Overall, very poor communication, lack of consistency, unprofessionalism.

My recall was originally scheduled for August 29th at 9:00 AM for a collection from my home address. After calling numerous times and being told they were on their way, no one turned up. When I called again, I was informed that they had no idea why the collection didn’t happen, and the representative was quite rude.
They also explained that the next available appointment was at the beginning of October. I explained that I needed this done sooner, as Hyde had advised me that since my MOT expired on September 30th, the recall needed to be completed beforehand for the car to pass. However, Oldham dismissed this concern and proceeded to book me for the beginning of October, insisting that the recall didn’t need to be completed before the MOT, which was scheduled at Hyde for September 11th
On September 11th, Hyde informed me again that they couldn’t carry out the MOT until the recall had been completed. I explained that Oldham had provided me with conflicting information and Oldham refused to try and get my car in sooner.
Hyde kindly contacted Oldham and arranged for both the recall and MOT to be completed on Wednesday, September 25th. As a goodwill gesture, Hyde even arranged to collect the car from my home address and deliver it to Oldham on my behalf
Hyde arrived on Wednesday, September 25th, collected my car as promised, and delivered it to Oldham. Oldham advised me that they would have my car for no longer than a day, so I didn’t arrange for a hire car. In the end, after numerous follow-up calls, I was told my car would be ready for collection on Saturday after 12:00.
When I arrived at Oldham to collect my car, I noticed that the date and time on the dashboard were incorrect, the heaters weren’t working, and the screen wouldn’t even turn on. This meant I had no access to the entertainment system, no sat nav, and couldn’t use the hybrid options.
I went back into Oldham Audi to tell the receptionist who kindly advised that there was nothing she could do, as the service team had already gone home for the day. She asked me to return on Monday. Please keep in mind that coming back on Monday is not ideal, especially when I have a full-time job and live 15 miles away!
Monday, October 30th came around, and I called Oldham to find out how I could get this issue resolved. They immediately told me to contact Hyde (which made no sense since Oldham were the ones who hadn’t completed the work incorrectly). I then called Hyde, and they told me to speak to Oldham. I called Oldham again, only for them to insist I contact the Hyde branch.
Eventually, Hyde kindly asked me to bring my car in, and they took a look at the issues. They fixed all the error messages and had the car back to me within 24 hours—exceptional service from Hyde, which I cannot say the same about Oldham
I have dealt with Oldham a hand full of times since I have had this car and every experience has been disappointing, I would not recommend this branch at all. Shocking service and pure lack of communication not to mention trying to get through to somebody to speak to is a task in itself!
