My car was booked in to be collected…
My car was booked in to be collected from my home at 8.30 , the weather was quite bad on the morning, so expected them to arrive bit later, got to 10.00am no one arrived , decided to call them o ly to be told they had cancelled due to the weather. No one had informed me of this , yet they made the decision not to collect at 8.00am . To be contacted and kept informed would have been nice . Had to re-book my service which has now been done . Will probably go elsewhere next time .

Over selling repairs not required.
The service department tried to charge me for two separate repairs that were both part of one repair. They tried to charge me £102 to replace my brake fluid then a further £330 to replace brake pipes where they would have replaced the fluid as part of the repair. Very dishonest.
