Rang Stratstone to resolve an issue with my car and the service dept acted quickly to get me a same day slot with courtesy car, work was completed to a great standard and the communication (Louise) through the process could not be faulted, will definately be using these as my default service provider going forward.

Had a brilliant experience purchasing a car from Stratstone Chesterfield, mostly all done online/virtually, Dean Nicholson the sales specialist couldn’t do enough answering all my questions and sending over unlimited videos on request, such a credit to his profession.
Even though this wasn’t my local BMW retailer I will be coming back in the future, would definitely recommend Stratstone Chesterfield to everyone.

End of warrenty check and service.
End of warrenty check done,both
back doors sticking, l pointed this out before service and a new gas strut is ordered under
warrenty for the left hand door.
But the right hand door still sticks as well.
