Easy to book in, friendly, informative, efficient. Everything you want from a Main Dealer. Love the little video they send of your vehicle checks. That way, you don't feel taken advantage of on e.g. amount of tread on your tyres, state of your brakes etc. A very professional service with a personal touch.

Repair to m4 leather seat
Needed a repair to my m4 leather drivers side car seat. Car only done 4980 miles. The repair is fantastic. Cannot tell a repair has been done. Customer service was brilliant and I will be recommending Stratstone BMW Chesterfield to all of my freinds associates and family. BMW warranty services need a mention as they approved the repair no questions asked.

I purchased a used 5 series BMW from this company and I am so pleased I did. I chose the car and how I wanted to pay for it and what add ons I wanted NOT what the salesman wanted me to have. Kept up to date with preparation etc. Having had car a few months noticed a mark on door only visible in certain light and angle. Car was booked in by Nicola at body shop. My loan car was amazing and so was the service and repair. Stratstone might be slightly more expensive but the service and care from all departments makes it well worth while. 10 out of10.
