Absolutely perfect experience. From start to finish with my service and MOT, Carly in the Stratstone Mini servicing department was ace. Crystal clear communication, fun and easy to chat to, answered all my questions and went above and beyond all the way around. The technicians delivered a great video breaking down the issues I had and were easy to understand and work with. Could not recommend more.

Took my Mini for a service/ mot . Courtesy car waiting, good communication and video sent of work and checks being carried out with clear explanation of what they were checking. Very helpful and friendly. Even had a courtesy car wash 😀very happy!!
