Good customer care, the video they send about the vehicle condition is a real good touch

The staff are friendly and are always ready for me when I turn up for my Car Servicing. The Service / Repairs are always carried out while I am waiting. There is plenty of coffee and the car is always valeted when it is returned to me. Thank you again.

Your service personnel have to date been very good. However on my recent visit, I felt the procedure was rushed and I was dealt with in dismissive attitude

The overall experience was straight forward and hassle free. I drove up at my alloted time and was seen instantly by the service team. Within 15 minutes I had handed my keys over and was sat in a courtesy car ready to continue my day. I had a phone call to say the car was finished and ready to be picked up. Easy, hassle free and a very friendly team.

Excellent as always, can't thank Chesterfield Stratstone enough..

I did a thorough inspection where my vehicle was parked at Stratone after being serviced, and noticed that there was a small dent on the driver's rear door, which was not there before, and also on checking the passenger seat, this still appears to remain as it was before, where the leather strip has not been fixed using the underlying retaining clip. Photographs of both these issues were sent to Statstone. The leather seat should be an easy fix, however the small dent should also be fairly straight forward to fix in their Body Shop, by pulling the dent out, using the right tools etc. Fingers crossed this can be done without any further charges.

Further update to advise that the vehicle was returned to Stratstone and all the faults were fixed, FOC. Thank you very much.

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service

My car developed a fault at the weekend. BMW assist attended and diagnosed the fault who then arranged for my vehicle to be repaired at Stratstone Chesterfield. Stratstone staff contacted me Monday, confirmed the repair, I delivered the car, picked up a loan car and my car was fixed including a free health check. Overall...a great service.
