This was my fifth purchase from this dealership in the last few years, the customer service is outstanding, I have dealt with Martin in the new vehicle sales team and he is always very honest, friendly and always goes the extra mile. Throughout this latest purchase he kept me updated with the progress of the purchase and answered many questions that I asked. I would recommend 100%

I received prompt and professional service at the BMW service station Doncaster, where the staff were courteous, friendly and polite. The facilities were clean and well-organised. The entire experience—from check-in to vehicle collection—was efficient and pleasant. The two front desk employees were nothing short of enthusiastic and fantastic. They made me comfortable. Can’t wait to buy a brand new car… soon.

Olivia made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in, from noticing my reg plate pulling into the car park, to offering me a seat and a drink. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was also very comforted by how much she kept me in the loop throughout my MOT process by giving me updates on the phone. It truly felt like I was her only customer of the day with how dedicated she was. 10/10, coming from someone who worked in the trade years gone by I was very impressed.

I was very satisfied with the service I recently received when I purchased a used car from Stratstone BMW in Doncaster. In particular it was a pleasure to deal with Jamie O’Mara who could not have been more helpful.
He answered all my queries honestly and speedily and helped the whole process, from first viewing to driving away with my new car, to run smoothly and easily. This is the best experience I have had when buying a second hand car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
