Excellent service
My family, my businesses and I have been Jaguar customers for decades.
This was my first time at the Tyburn Road branch.
My initial contact at the Tyburn Road branch was a disaster and the Reception team need to take a long hard look at themselves. Reception is a key point in any business and the tone with any customer in a volatile car market is to exceed expectations. I was pretty much shoved away to the service department and I was very confused.
I was received at the service department by a bearded gentleman who was absolutely world class! He looked after me, listened to my concerns and did the necessary registration pieces.
I was then taken to a very professional desk and handled by Ms Sabiyah Asif who took care of all my concerns regarding my Jaguar. Exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills with me the customer and I was totally blown away by the level of detail my experience was provided. Refreshments were offered, car delivery, complementary uber for myself back to the clinic and so on.
My car was delivered back to clinic after everything was taken care of and I could not be any happier after a bizarre start.
The showroom was excellent as well, beautiful range of cars and everything was very tidy and spotless.

Good Service
I booked my car for MOT test, as there was no curtesy car available on the date I wanted, I used the collection & return option. I had a call in the morning to inform me that driver is on his way, he was at my house no long after the call. I had a call in t he afternoon to let me know the test was completed and was told the result of the MOT test. My car was retuned on good time, it was washed and vacuumed
