My Discovery Sport was recalled for a…
My Discovery Sport was recalled for a steering issue, which was booked in to JLR Reading for the repair, when I collected my car the entertainment screen was no longer working, which I reported to them immediately. I then had to book the car back in for inspection and they said it was not related to the works carried out even though it had to be due to something they did whilst in their workshop. It was obvious that they had disconnected the battery during the recall works as all the trip metres were on zero when I got it back, which may have caused some kind electrical fault on the controller when re-connected. After many conversations with customer service, they finally said they would take the car in for diagnostics, but they would charge me for the pleasure.
I have had 4 Land Rovers and 3 Jaguars and was considering buying a new Defender. NOT ANYMORE!

Duck Bill Replacment
On revisiting to get a small piece of trim fitted, the technician was very helpful explaining why the repair took six days instead of one.
Keith on service desk was also very helpfull.

Overall good but can be better.
Overall good but can be better. Lot of follow-up required to get the work started and provide status updates. Once started they finished job quickly. Handled specific requests and service manager was good within his capacity. As a company need to improve customer care team over phone. Vallet was not done properly and finish of the job could have been better.
