Went to buy a bigger Mercedes to take my grandchildren in and Craig Forsyth was amazing he looked after me in all the extra details I wanted for the car! They where very great very helpful nothing was problem thanks again Craig love driving my new Nana wagon lol

We bought a used Mercedes GLA & were very impressed with the customer service. Kieran was very helpful & the car is immaculate.

On arrival at the showroom looking for a change of car. We met Craig who had a friendly professional attitude. On finding a possible car Craig went through all the cars attributions knowledgeably. His no pressure friendly attitude was exactly what we needed after searching round many garages prior to Stratsones. Craig handled all the initial dealing and paperwork, though he was going on holiday the next day. We were passed onto Scott, he was the same as Craig, friendly, professional picking up our purchase smoothly. Our car was extremely well prepared and all paperwork ready in a couple of days. Scott made things look so smooth and effortless. The car has been excellent without fault so hats of to Stratsones and their brilliant sales staff in Craig and Scott.

Absolutely incredible service from Kieran Higgins at Mercedes Hamilton. From test drive to conclusion right through aftercare Kieran was informative, dillegent and open about the products and services available. His product knowledge of all of the vehicles available and their features was second to none. A true credit to the business and I will 100% look to purchase through Kieran again in the future based off the service I’ve recieved.

I was put at ease by Scott and Craigs friendly and knowledgeable attitude ,they showed me a great deal of respect and patience in explaining the whole procedure in my car purchase as an elderly man of 74 I can't praise them enough.

I bought a used BMW from Kieran at Mercedes-Benz Hamilton. The car was presented really well which caught my attention. Kieran sent me a really detailed video highlighting several key features and showing his knowledge of the brand. Purchase was smooth and although there was a minor technical issue with the car on collection it was very quickly rectified and I was provided with a courtesy car during this period. I was really pleased with the car and with Kierans service throughout. I'd consider buying here again and would certainly trust Kieran if I was.

Absolute appalling customer service Simon service manager very rude booked car in for recall for 1 hr slot at 9am. Now 4.45 still not had a call then recieve health check which stated needed a tyre went to reputable tyre dealer all tyres are fine

Recently purchased a new CLA with the help of Keiran. Kieran was great at organising the sale and supported with all that was needed to make it as smooth as possible. Very happy with my new car and the customer service!

I recently purchased a GLS from Stratstone - Mercedes-Benz of Hamilton. As I was requiring a remote and quick deal, firstly, Kieran took the time to produce a quality video to show me the car and then arranged everything I needed to purchase the car and collect in the short time frame I had.

On collection the car was prepared very well and the journey home very pleasant.

Bought a car from cinch, turns out it had a couple of issues. They set up having the car having an inspection at Stratstone Hamilton. Took all day to do a 1 hour, check, that's ok these things happen. Busy, busy, busy. What's not ok, is telling me that the will get on to cinch the following day to get the ball moving on repairs and further investigation of a disconnected adblue system by the previous owner, o my for me to find out later that they haven't bothered to do that at all. In fact, cinch and Stratstone Hamilton aren't talking to each other at all, I'm left to have to phone up both places and rely information. Not happy with cinch either, fyi. But when I phone Stratstone Hamilton, I'm told that not on,y had the report from the inspection not been given to cinch, it's not going to be given to cinch for another week.

Now, I'm no legal wiz, but I'm pretty sure that a car with a disconnected adblue system is illegal to drive on public roads. So you'd think there would be a bit more urgency to get this information to cinch in order to get the ball moving on repairs and in the mean time a courtesy car. But no, they drag their heels "because it's the end of the month" whatever difference that makes???

Three weeks to get a slot, and then they drag their heels to get the information to where it needs to go. All in all, an entire month of waiting. I know my first mistake was buying a car off cinch, but Stratstone Hamilton has not helped. And it really doesnt help that some of the staff talk down their noses at you. Like I just dropped out of a dogs bum, instead of being someone with a 20k car that's not fit for purpose and in need of help to get it sorted.

And it turns out they have now closed down the case all together. Which really screws me ofer with dealing with cinch. Inept or petty? I'll let you decide.

Great service from Mercedes of Hamilton, when purchasing new car. The handover was seamless with Scott explaining everything clearly beforehand , then taking time to ensure I was familiar with the car before setting off.

Kieran from the sales team was extremely helpful throughout the process of gaining my new car. Kieran guided me through the process while also making the whole transaction simple. As-well as making me feel like my custom was important. Even after the sale he has continued to be helpful.

I purchased a car from Craig in sales. From the get go everything was great Craig was always available and happy to answer any questions/queries I had regarding the car and what the next steps were. Craig had the car valeted and ready for me arriving to view the car. Prior to coming to the showroom Craig had gotten back in touch to ask for details so the paperwork was ready which made the process more fluent and easy. The atmosphere in the showroom was lovely everyone was very friendly, Craig met with me at the door personally and took me to the waiting area where I was then offered coffee. Over all my experience with Craig and the showroom was a good one and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to have a look.
