Love my "unicorn"!
I recently purchased a Mercedez-Benz C200 from the Hamilton dealership. It is such an amazing vehicle and in such great condition that it might as well have been brand new! It was a "unicorn", as the salesman (Craig Forsyth) described it.
Every single aspect of the experience at Stratstone Hamilton was great. Even the hot chocolate! Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I will definitely consider revisiting the dealership in future.

Craig in the sales team made the experience extremely easy and pleasant from start to finish. A genuinely nice person to work with who wasn't pushy and fully understood what he was talking about. Excellent 1st Class Friendly Service
We purchased this car remotely having not seen it in the flesh. But from the initial discussions with Craig Forsyth we took comfort by how friendly and his professionalism came through over the phone. On arrival at the showroom having travelled from London Craig was very welcoming. All the paperwork were ready and the the whole process was seamless, totally friendly and professional attitude. His no pressure friendly approach was exactly what we needed after searching round many garages prior to Stratstone. The car is amazing and we are a happy customer. They tried to charge me for a repair of a fault which happened and was reported when the car was still under warranty.
Eventually, the faulty part was replaced at no extra cost to me as a “goodwill gesture”
