Very poor after sales experience
Recently picked up our new Porsche Macan electric car, sales guy Gavin was pretty relaxed no heavy sales patter. Tbh I had already made my mind up I was having it, so an easy sale for him. I then got passed over to the Business aspect because it was through my company! The person was called Trinity, apart from being bombarded by email after email, multiple signatures required arriving even on the day of collection after I had left the office! The elusive Trinity has never followed up on myself to see how I’m getting on with the car. I would have thought a courtesy call or email to ensure that all is ok never came. I made contact with the sales guy because I was &still am having a few problems with the setting up of the different keys! He assured me he would send a link on how to do this, it hasn’t happened yet!!
So when I’m ready to change my car guess who won’t be getting my business again. Very poor / none existent after sales service
