Dissatisfied with Porsche Colchester again
Hugely expensive repairs outside of the warranty apparently. Lack of spares available meaning the car was with them for far longer than planned. Car returned with a fault that wasn't there before. The service team communication was good but ultimately did not make up for the issues encountered.

Had to wait an extra day to get my car serviced as the loan car had a flat tire, waited around ages to even hand my car keys over. Also did a poor job of washing my car so had to re wash

Arriving at my Porsche centre is a great feeling, beautiful cars are always on show, I’m made to feel very welcome by the staff on reception, I’m always greeted with a smile and a coffee.
Both Tristian & Ian are always on hand and ready to assist me, nothing was ever a problem, I could not have wished for a better people.
I found the sales process very easy indeed, the paperwork was a simple process and handled very professionally.
The 'German' themed handover was amazing, seeing my new car properly for the first time with close friends & family, music, lights and of course bratwursts, I will never forget, all I can say is ‘dreams do come true’ thank you..
Tristian, Ian, Richard and the team at Porsche Centre Colchester - I simply cannot thank you enough for your warm hospitality, guidance, patience & faith in helping me design my amazing 992 GT3RS.
