Stratstone - Porsche Centre Stockport Reviews 

Difficult to get hold of someone in the service department. No one was ever available so promised a call back which was typically days after the original call. When I did get an appointment, had to wait 20 minutes and complain before being seen to. Just not what I was expecting of Porsche.

The staff and service offered by Stephen is great! The reception ladies to Carrie in sales this is a Porsche garage you want to visit if you want a new car! Honestly I wouldn’t go to Wilmslow or even Bolton. It’s always Stockport for me!

My friend and I walked into our nearest Maserati/Lamborghini Dealership and were basically ignored. We were told to come back on the Monday when they were open again as they closed at 3pm.

Had the charging port covers fail and unable to charge my Taycan.

Car was recovered on Saturday at 11.30am and was unable to be booked into service until Monday, as staff on holiday. Promised I would be called Monday am.

No call from the dealership until I chased them Monday afternoon, at which point it was booked in for repair. Parts were ordered.

Still not heard anything from Service department.

I then chased on Wednesday and was told it could be ready Thursday, probably Friday.

Thursday, rang the service assistant, however, he was now on annual leave (which he never told me the day before). I left a message.

Got a call back from service telling me that I needed to collect the vehicle before 5pm, or I would incur charges for the loan vehicle. This was the first anybody had told me about this.

My daughter had a doctors appointment at 4.4pm pm, so informed the agent that I would be arriving around 5.30pm.

5.35 pm I arrived at the dealership, to wait 10 mins to be be greeted by Service assistant, with a sarcastic comment about him already left at 5.30pm.

When I asked him what had been done to resolve the issue on my vehicle, he said he could not tell me as he did not want to login to his laptop, he really wanted to go home.

Eventually got my vehicle and left. The vehicle had developed a fault while in the dealership, which nobody told me about (rear door handle failing).

On Saturday, I reported the fault and was told to "pop in" so we can take a look.

The following week, I've rang every day and not received a call back until I raised an escalation to the service manager. The service manager did not call me back, but a service assistant did.

Finally got my vehicle in Friday afternoon and confirmed there was a fault on the door handle, however it did not come up on the computer report.

We agreed to book the vehicle in for further investigation on the 21st of January 2025.

It's been a horrible experience so far, and is not at it's end yet.
