Georgia was great and I was happy to get my car serviced and audio fixed. The experience could of been improved with the following:
My car was not cleaned after my service and the mileage was incorrect on the service invoice. Mike did mention when it came back in that it would be cleaned properly and they were sorry they couldn't get around to it.
After my second visit due to water ingress and damage to my amplifier. My car was washed outside but covered in bird droppings by the time I could collect it. The inside was not cleaned again. Also this repair took around 2 weeks and a loan car would of been really helpful.
I hope this feedback helps create a better experience in the future.

Excellent Customer Service from Michael
I recently took my car in for a service, which also included investigating an issue with the rear camera washer.
While the technical issue is still being looked into, I would like to recognise Michael for the way he handled my case. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. He followed up when promised, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage.
Even when an issue cannot be resolved immediately, good communication and taking ownership make a significant difference to the overall customer experience. Michael demonstrated both, and I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Thank you for your support.
