Stratstone - Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield Reviews 

Excellent customer care from everyone I dealt with.

I bought a used approved car from Sutton Coldfield and the car should have been serviced before being handed over to me (as part of the Porsche Used Approved offering). The car was not serviced but the service indicator was reset. Email exchanges with Sutton Coldfield to confirm this.

The car also did not get handed over with all the factory fitted extras that only Porsche would have known should have been in the car (remote and headphones for the rear entertainment package).

Porsche claimed that since I have now had the car fully serviced at another dealer, the missing service that they did not do, does not have an effect on the value.

They agreed to pay compensation as goodwill, but its has been over 2 months and still no payment.

Avoid the used approved service at this branch. They clearly don't care once the car has gone.

Friendly and very helpful staff make a visit a pleasure.

Awful service. Really let me down.

Communication is very poor.
Constantly have to call to get someone to call back which they never do until you keep pestering and shout a little.
Asked for the managers email to put a formal complaint in but they never gave that either.
Overall the car purchased was brilliant but expected much better service for the price we pay.

i had a problem with my car and was in the Dealership for nearly 9 months, because of the Steel shortage etc.
all of the team involved looking after me were amazing from start to finish and will be using this dealership again for my next purchase !!!!
