I would just like to say a huge thank you to Sam at the leeds branch for introducing me to Martin.
Martin then went on to help find the perfect car for me within my price range. One that was just right for my kind of travel with plenty of room for our dog.
It was my first automatic and Martin was very patient showing me how to drive it.
Going through the purchase was very simple as Martin explained everything clearly.
I am very happy with the car and with the friendly, helpful and professional help I received.

Relying on pictures and the answers to my questions from the salesman Ikram, I had the confidence to drive 250+ miles to see the car.
It was as described and I was not disappointed and bought the car. It helped that it was approved used and came with 24 months full warranty and that Ikram had been honest and clear in his conversations with me, and that he continued to check I was happy with the car post sales.

Brought my BMW X3 in for a replacement…
Brought my BMW X3 in for a replacement DPF sensor today having booked in the previous week only to be contacted an hour after arrival and told that the part is unavailable, on back order and can’t be found anywhere, at first they refused to provide the part number so I could source one myself saying they had already ordered one for me and can’t return it. Funny they never told me they had ordered one or asked me if I wanted them to and a quick search online shows they gave me a load of BS as the part is readily available, what’s going on with these clowns. Steer clear, they just take liberties with customers and can’t be trusted.
