Just brilliant

I've had three beds from here over the last year
Fast realisable delivery service. Great quality beds. Nice and sturdy. I took them uncoloured and pannier them as I wanted.
Would I but again? Yes of course.

The bunk bed ladder was well made and just as described. It arrived quickly with good instructions to assemble. I would use this company again!

By far one of the rudest companies I’ve ever dealt with. The “live chat” did not work, telephone number automated so could only email. The responses were so rude, I asked to deal with someone else as I was made to feel like an inconvenience and I was told there was no one else! It became clear the original assembly instructions were inadequate leading to a broken part on my bed, I was happy to pay for the piece but so unhappy with the tone of the emails, if I wasn’t already committed by having one of the beds I would not have given this company another penny. The replacement part is not the correct colour so doesn’t match the rest of the bed but I’ve lost the will to live with it. I would not recommend at all.

Great bed, arrived quickly, instructions easy to follow, really solid bed made from solid wood, very happy with it. Ordered a second so we have one each for both children, gives loads of space to play under.

Second bed we bought, really solid bunk bed, comfortable mattress and friendly efficient delivery service who turned up exactly when they said they would. Takes a while to assemble these beds but instructions are clear and I enjoy that kind of stuff. If you are not very handy might be good to get someone to put it together for you.

Ordered a kids bunk bed (Courtland 3ft Single LOW) and it was top quality, easy to assemble, and could fit our deep mattresses for the kids. Really happy with the company and the product. Also feels good to support a UK business.

Super solid beds, I've got two and they've both been good value and great quality. Good customer service too, when a part needed replacing.

Bunk bed was solid and sturdy. Took half a day to build but my 2 sons were building it 🤦🏼‍♀️ This bunk bed was the best price I found and is really good quality.
I would highly recommend this company for price and quality. Faster delivery than I was told too as the driver was in my area. 👍🏻

We ordered a 3ft single. Really good price. Delivery was prompt and within the time frame given. I especially like that they make the beds themselves, so any potential problems could be easily rectified. However, there were no problems at all. This company will be my first stop when looking for new beds in the future.

Bought in error in July - Company completely ignored immediate return request and now in November want a review!

Ordered a bed. Zero communication until the early hours of the morning we were told delivery was due. Tried to change delivery date and was told it couldn’t be changed.
Cancelled the order and am now sat nearly two weeks later still waiting for a refund. I’ve messaged every day on their live chat facility and am being ignored!

Wrong size of bed was delivered. Was a special surprise for son's birthday so extremely inconvenient. Booked a day off work to receive new parts and on the day it got rescheduled. Won't use the company again.

Quick and fast delivery with up to date tracking of your item. This is the second time I have ordered from strictly beds and bunks.
I can guarantee u won't get enough screws and bolts though on both orders I had vital bolts missing over half on my most recent purchase. They do have a easy and quick way to get your missing items but for it to be so so easy surely they should of realised that something is a miss as it is fairly frustrating putting a item together and finding out over half way through you don't have all the parts needed!!

The bed is good. Star removed for delivery day. I wrote one day I was not going to be in over the 12 working days that the bed may have been delivered on. That was the day it was delivered. Had to take a day of leave. When I emailed I was told they couldn’t do a bespoke delivery just for me. I didn’t want bespoke. Just an option over the 12 days.

They look good in the box which is where they can stay we've had 4 different people try to build them. Impossible the instructions in the manual are so blurry you can't read them, all the screws and bits in the same bag I don't know what a 90mm screw is. Everytime I put one side of the headboard in the other side pops out again.

Good price. Instructions in the box was for a different bed they sell. But eventually found the right ones online. Also paid for quicker delivery, the original delivery date had to be postponed, due to the third party delivery company not being given the bed in time to fulfill it. But bed is built, sturdy and good quality.

Terrible product. The 'orthopaedic' mattress, which I paid extra for, has sagged and compressed and the springs are protruding in other areas after less than 3 months of light use. When I complained to the company seeking a I received an AI generated response refusing a refund and seeking to defend this unjustifiable position. Avoid buying from here!
